Property poorly maintained. Reception staff very rude as usual. No fridge unless ask for and need to bring from other room. .Aircon very noisy. Last stayed at this hotel was Nov 19 and with no glass door at shower causing the toilet requested as though there is nothing wrong with it

Very convenient to take subway as the station is just in front of hotel main entrance.

This is a typical and average 4-star hotel. But the location is excellent.

Reception unable to provide info on where to buy art work even with photos of the place shown to them in Shenzhen.

nice hotel , convenient hotel , they have App for room service ..... near buy coco park one of the best center of night life restaurants & shopping in Shenzhen ,a few minutes by taxi . Hotel entrance in front of Metro Stastion

Air-con noisy, ventilation fan in toilet noisy, security safe not working . Rude reception as usual and unhelpful.

Nice hotel metro railway close just out the front. Very clean amazing view of the Shenzhen lights at night from your hotel room. Close to ancient history in the area. Very close walking distance to the conference centre
