I highly enjoyed my stay here for three nights. The staffs were very welcoming and helping with checking in and checking out. The hotel is super clean and daily necessities/accommodations were situated next to the elevator for convenience. Itโ€™s a walkable distance to where I needed to be and itโ€™s super safe at any time of day or night. Overall a huge recommendation if you need a hotel to stay at in Fukuoka!

Good Location

The hotel location is quite good, as it is close to large shopping malls and the station. However, the rooms are generally small, and there isnโ€™t much space for two people to move around. They provide coffee packets, milk powder, slippers, bathrobes, and other amenities daily. The staff do not greet guests proactively and seem a bit indifferent.

Iโ€™ll start with the pros The check in process was really smooth and easy an they had a staff that mostly understood English. Now the Cons Let me start by saying this was the smallest room Iโ€™ve ever stayed in. If you are traveling alone then this size room will work for you but I wouldnโ€™t Recommend this hotel. 2. We requested a non smoking room do to allergies , which we received, BUT we were one door yes one door away from the smoking rooms so the room and the hallway smelled of really strong smoke everyday of our stay. 3. I have lived in Japan for several years so I understand that mold is an issue due to humidity BUT THERE WAS SOOOO MUCH MOLD ALL OVER THE BATHROOM!! There was mold on the shower curtain, the shower rod, the walls, creeping from be hind the mirror, on the ceiling etc. even after we had the housekeepers come clean our room they did not clean any of the mold. I honestly felt as if our room had not ever been properly cleaned. 4. As mentioned above the room was filthy, upon further inspection of the room after dropping a charger under the bed we lifted the bed to discover several and I mean several pairs of old slippers issued from the hotel that had turned yellow!!!! Not not slippers but lots of dust and other trash as well. The lamp shades were covered in unknown stains, dust, and mold. The comforter was tattered and very well worn. All this to say i do not recommend you stay here. I will definitely not stay here again.
