We had a very unpleasant experience staying at WJV Inn Marigondon and would not recommend this property to other travelers.
The biggest issue was the cleanliness. The room was visibly dirty when we arrived. The bed did not appear properly cleaned, the bathroom looked unhygienic, and there was a strong unpleasant odor in the room that did not go away. The walls were stained, and the overall condition of the space made it feel poorly maintained and neglected.
What was especially disappointing was that the room looked very different from the photos shown online. Based on the listing, we expected a clean and decent place to stay, but the actual condition of the room was far below those expectations.
Staying here made us feel uncomfortable because of how unclean the environment was. This is not just about high expectations — basic cleanliness and accurate representation should be the minimum for any accommodation.
We hope the management improves their cleanliness standards and updates their online photos to reflect the real condition of the property so future guests know what to expect.
