Horrible

It was absolutely awful. They say they have a pool. They do not have a pool. The elevator does not work so we had to tell everything up three flyers of steps. There’s no air condition when you enter. The building is very musky in the bedrooms where we are staying. There are constant tears running up and down the hallway, knocking on your door and they won’t do anything about it. I do not recommend this motel at all. The water pressure is awful.

Poor quality hotel don't recommend

It was not a good experience I would not stay there again nor recommend it. The front desk clerk who checked us in was the nicest staff member, the others were rude. The halls smelled of pot, the elevator was out of service and had been for quite sometime so we had to use the stairs. We had no toilet paper I had to request that, half the time the coffee and water service in the lobby were empty or gone. The breakfast offerings were poor. Overall a bad stay.

Clean and comfy room!! Walking distance to pizza!

The room itself was spectacular. We were very comfortable and the AC was plenty cold! When we booked the room we weren’t made aware that 1. The building is under remodel/construction so the whole front is torn up with ladders and whatnot. 2. They didn’t tell us the elevators weren’t working so we had to take the stairs up and down to our room after a long day walking miles through a statewide flockswap. The stairs were dirty and need to be redone but if the elevator was working we wouldn’t have even seen that so that’s not a huge deal. Our AC leaked so we woke up to the floor soaked and one of my bags were on the floor by the bed so it was wet through including the things inside it. Shower was hot with good pressure and once again c bed was so comfy! Location was next to to multiple food spots and not far from other things. The building needs some repairs but other than that it was clean (in the room) and very comfy which is what we were looking for.

In Time of Need

I was there for a family funeral and traveling from Maryland, I needed an early check in to change clothes, the staff was very efficient, accommodating and i was able to check in without any issues. Staff very pleasant, professional and courteous.

BAD WATER EXPERIENCE!!

I've stayed here prior it was such a nice place we stayed once again on April 19 2025 .. My husband and I checked in We had an event to be at 4:00 p.m. that Saturday we were rushing I grabbed some lemonade water that they had in a stand right across from the service desk to my surprise It was a snail particle something slimy black grayish in color in my cup, I felt the piece in my mouth I spit it out in the cup the next day I showed it to the service desk and it had dried up by sitting in the truck .. I have no idea what that was in my cup I regret not taking it in immediately but we were in a rush due to an event we had to be at at 4:00 p.m.. Spoke with management they said the water dispenser had been cleaned and they didn't find any substance or particles in the water I have no idea what that was never seen anything like it before.. Just be careful drinking that water across from the service desk...

I was in NC with husband. The hotel is under construction. Our room was not very clean. There was debris under the window and on the floor. I find a big brown bug walking in the bathroom @3am. When I took a shower I saw a pile coming out under the faucet. My Husband went to the desk to tell the desk and she offered to move us. Put we requested to be on the first floor because he smoker. I do have picture.
