The hotel and art/antiques are beautiful. Breakfast excellent. Location hard to beat. Staff a bit new - one sent me to the wrong floor on arrival and they did not clean my room - when I went down at 3pm to ask, was told housekeeping had left. A bit surprising.

A lovely property in an excellent location. Some of the staff are very helpful and welcoming. Ability to WhatsApp the front desk was very convenient. The rooms, however, are quite small, and the walls are thin. Surprisingly, only some of the rooms included lotion as standard amenity.

Personalen i receptionen var fantastiska, men tyvärr inte de som jobbade i restaurangen med frukosten. Vi fick första morgonen inte veta att man kunde beställa ägg, och kaffet tog varje morgon jättelång tid att få. En morgon var kaffet så svagt att man såg botten på koppen (jag såg att pojken som bryggde filterkaffet tog 4 skopor kaffe till 8-10 koppar vatten). Allt tog väldigt lång tid, samtidigt som personalen stod och pratade med varandra eller tittade i sina mobiler.

This beautiful hotel in the heart of the old town was stunning, well kept, modern and so clean and tidy. Staff so lovely, helpful and professional. Breakfasts amazing with good selection and cooked options. My only let down was the AC was not very good.

Loved the beautiful interior design and decor, from architect to artwork across all areas, a lot of thought went into making the place feel like home while elevating the experience. Perfect location, a quick walk into center of Baščaršija without the heavy traffic and noise. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly and always ready to help. Everyone speaks English. The room and bathroom was a bit small, but to be expected across Europe. Highly recommended and I will definitely be back!

Excellent location as close to old town but very steep hill to walk up if tired. Very clean. I could not tell if someone used this room before me except for a very minor lipstick stain on the bathroom door. Everything looks new and well kept. Bed was very clean and very comfortable to sleep in. Bathroom was very clean including toilet and shower. They use the bidet function on the inside of the toilet for washing. Very good water pressure in the shower. We requested an early check in 5 hours early and was given early check in 3 hours before the standard time. The front desk receptionist was very friendly, warm and helpful. The blackout curtains were excellent at keeping out the daylight when we wanted to take a nap and the soft lighting was very pleasant in illuminating the room in the evening. The standard room is smaller than your average hotel franchise room but I personally preferred the size and feel more personal and comfortable still with enough space to move around in. The buffet breakfast variety included essential food items provided such as a few cereal options, orange juice, cold cut meats like salami and turkey slices, yoghurts, fruits, nuts and omelette station available among some other options I may be missing. However, the staff were kind and helpful in making us feel comfortable. Really enjoyed this hotel and would be happy to stay again.

This is the smallest room I stayed. No space . Great location. Right next to cemetery. Walking distance to local attraction and restaurants. Old Sarajevo. Restaurant is Turkish food and they don’t serve alcohol. Bathroom is so small you barely can move in it.
