Our room faced inward to the building so it was very quiet. Well kept and the staff was very helpful. We had breakfast one morning and enjoyed it very much. Easy walking to the old town area.

Great location, right outside the Sound of Music Tour pick up point. Luggage lockers are available, breakfast is excellent value for money compared to cafes near by. Bed was a little firm for my liking, but overall this was a fantastic place to stay. Oh, no milk for the tea either so take your own and pop it in the fridge.

Simple city hotel. Excellent location to sightsee attractions. They were working on renovation of the outside of the building and notified us a few weeks before checking in. It was a self service digital hotel with an upstairs lobby. It was staffed with helpful desk person. Clean with not many amenities but location makes up for it.

The room was very comfortable and spacious even for a family of four. Everyone was kind and helpful. It is the perfect location to explore downtown. We especially loved our view of the castle!

Love this hotel, the room was so cute! Housekeeping did get confused that we had an early check-in and came into our room while we were out and removed all of our stuff which was kind of weird, but they held it at the front desk and gave it back when I went to ask. Be sure to ask for the discounted parking ticket, they did not give me that initially at check-in and then when I went to inquire about all my missing stuff, I overheard the staff at the desk telling another patron about it so that’s how I knew to ask. Self serve breakfast in the morning was very good. Great stay overall, would go back.

Good location, clean. Terrible shower drainage. Too minimalistic. Should equip the room with a few plates and cups.

The rooms, the location, the facility was fantastic. The self check in was a major pain.

A great location to be close to a lot of sites. A very nice, clean, room that was a good value. The staff were consistent and friendly. The hotel is also close to businesses including a grocery store. Not as much onsite service, e.g., check-in is entirely self-check, but I was ok with that given the location and quality of the room.

Hotel bem localizado, a pouco tempo de caminhada das principais atrações. O check-in e check-out são totalmente digitais, trazendo rapidez e praticidade ao processo.

Perhaps others find the self check-in process easy but it was a struggle for me. I won’t be staying at such a hotel again.
