Everything in our room seemed to be perfect when we first arrived, absolutely loved the clean rooms. We soon noticed that the refrigerator was not turned on when we arrived. We had brought food & some medicine that needed to be refrigerated, so we turned it on. At that time we didn't realize only the freezer compartment worked, that took several days to figure out. Then the electricity in the bathroom went out, we went a night with no bathroom lights, before getting the electricity back on (breaker switch had flipped, which had happened in the past in our room). Then just a day later we had to have the repairman come look at our refrigerator. The repairman was awesome, he delivered a different refrigerator to our room within the hour. We did lose all the food we had put in the refrigerator along with some expensive medication that needed refrigeration. I would love to give this establishment a high rating but just cannot get past our poor experience. We were told we would be compensated for the issues we encountered but were not. Also, we didn't have any wash clothes in the bathroom, nor hand towels. When I asked for these items & some clean towels, I was told I needed to bring the dirty towels, etc. to the front desk before I could get new. As requested I took the dirty towels to the front desk so I could get what I needed. I did not realize that was the process. More information on that service would have been appreciated. Hopefully my comments are beneficial.

Now although I could have mentioned in the beginning of my stay, but I was so eager to have somewhere to lay my head that wasnt cold. The room smelled like sewer! Very Bad!! I let the girl at the front desk aware, but pointless to move me when i only had 12 hours left in the room. The yound girl was THE ONLY staff member that was courteous and friendly. All the other staff was very rude and unprofessional. Lazy at that!

It's was nice and clean, and a great rate. Nice being close to the interstate and numerous fast-food options. I was staying there because of an emergency and the front desk staff was very kind to me.

We stayed one night. The hotel is nice, staff is good. The rooms are nice although our bed mattress is soft. Beware there is no carpet in the room. On the plus side there is full size refrigerator with a stovetop and sink which is nice. The hotel was quiet and close to gas station and restaurants.

I have never had a worse experience with a hotel. I paid online and for the first time I paid the extra for insurance. The front desk clerk refused to give us a room even though there were several vacancies. There was nothing she was willing to do because of a policy. I booked it at midnight and tried checking in at 3:30am. She said I was after the audit so there was absolutely nothing she was willing to do. Something needs to be done to avoid this from happening again and furthermore training should be implemented into resolving such a simple issue.
