Helpful front desk staff, great location

I really liked staying on this side of town. It's much quieter than the city center and it's a lovely walk along the lake to get into the city center (and there's the bus as plan b). Highly recommend the nearby bakery of Pan & Gatô for great croissants, sandwiches, tarts, etc. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Liked having my a private little patio.

The good: nicely located, very nice reception staff. Very good breakfast, clean and in front of the lake. The bad: standard double room is pretty small, small double bed and the housekeeping staff make a lot of noise in the morning in the corridor just outside your room door (even when the DO NOT DISTURB sign is placed), moving equipment, talking loud…

Just needs a bit of updating.

For a family of 4, room was spacious, with a sofa bed for our 2 young children. Our room was ground floor in the annex. Small amount of hanging space, safe, and coffee machine. Bathroom needs updating, decor quite tired. Beds comfy and efficient air con. Was a good 30+ minute walk along the river to get to the old town, so quite out of town. But did mean it was quiet. Free parking good.

The views from the 2nd floor front rooms of the hotel are fabulous. The location is good depending on what type of trip you want, and its about a 20 minute walk into the centre of town. My single room was a bit spartan (paper cup that wasn't changed rather than a glass) and the room was a bit cramped.

Good hotel with an excellent location!

Nice hotel with free parking. We stayed in the Annexe which was spacious and cool. Great location of just a few minutes walk to the lake. We also walked to the centre which took about 45 minutes. Staff were friendly. We did not have breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on this. We stayed for one night and would stay again. Highly recommend

Incompétence et irrespect

Tout est compliqué dans cet hôtel… le personnel ne comprend rien à un point où on ne peut que se dire qu’ils le font exprès. S’il est écrit « check in avant 20h » n’arrivez surtout pas à 20h05 même en les prévenant, ils adoreront prendre 15 min de votre temps à vous répéter que c’est leurs règles mais par contre pour vous aider ou résoudre un problème (qui ne devrait pas en être un) ils ne sont d’aucune aide.

Pas de vue sur le lac pour cette chambre, petite terrasse mais beaucoup de moustiques impossible de rester dehors … la porte d’entrée de l’annexe est très bruyante et très gênante à chaque passage de clients pour se reposer.. dommage pour ce petit point sinon parfait !

Wunderbares Hotel beim See im Grünen

Außergewöhnliches Hotel mit sehr zuvorkommenden Personal, immer freundlich. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet (€15), mit großer Terrasse fast am See mit bester Aussicht. Auch einen Strand findet man in der Nähe. Sogar Croissants und guter Kaffee auch beim ein- und auschecken. Das Zimmer hatte eine Terrasse und man kann gratis direkt beim Hotel parken.

Gutes Hotel mit Parkplatz

Das Hotel ist etwas abseits von Annecy und in der näheren Umgebung gibts nur wenig Restaurants. Für den Besuch der Stadt haben wir das Auto genommen, zu Fuss wären es sicher 30-40 Min am See entlang. Das Zimmer war schön, sauber mit etwas schmalem aber bequemen Doppelbett.
