The hotel offered less than expected

Pegamos o quarto 407, amplo bem amplo mesmo. Vista pro mar ou piscina, só se inclinado na janela. Colchões e travesseiros muito confortáveis. Um dos pés da cama se soltou, montei de novo. Banheiro bem grande tambem. Ducha não é muito quente (já havia lido), o banheiro do andar superior fazia um barulho parecido com martelada de tempos em tempos. Amenidades normais, nada excepcional. Café da manhã bom, de hotel. Tapioca feita na hora, muito boa. Na semana das crianças teve várias gostosuras (balinhas , confetti). Entretanto não teve quase nada de animadores / tios, fiquei decepcionado. Time de recepção e guest relations muito bom, educados e solícitos. Pedi e fizeram uma surpresa de aniversário pra patroa, um mimo. Piscina bonita mas gelada, tem alguns bangalôs mais privados, um mirante e uma saída direta pra praia, sem dar a volta, ótima ideia. Preços do bar e restaurante mais salgados, conforme esperado. As crianças gostaram do mini golfe, boa pista e bons equipamentos. No geral não achei bom custo benefício, é uma pena vc percebe que existe um esforço em agradar, mas pelo valor pago esperava mais.

Minha estadia no Ritz Lagoa da Anta foi simplesmente incrível! Tudo no hotel é impecável: ambientes sempre limpos, cama extremamente confortável e uma vista espetacular da sacada do quarto, que me deixou encantada. Quero agradecer especialmente à Letícia, que me atendeu de forma excepcional no check-in e em todas as vezes em que precisei de algo. O atendimento também foi excelente por parte do Marcelo, Mirely e Sarah, sempre solícitos e muito simpáticos. Logo na chegada ao quarto, fui recebida com mimos de boas-vindas pelas mãos do Marcelo, o que já deu o tom do cuidado e carinho que encontrei na hospedagem. Os saborosos drinks preparados pelo Euton foram sempre servidos com alegria contagiante. No café, as deliciosas tapiocas feitas pela Dona Geruza, sempre com um sorriso cheio de luz, tornaram minhas manhãs ainda mais especiais. Um dos momentos mais emocionantes foi quando uma amiga-irmã, ao ver uma publicação minha no Instagram, entrou em contato com a Letícia pedindo ajuda para preparar uma surpresa anunciando a chegada da minha sobrinha. Essa surpresa não teria sido possível sem o carinho do Marcelo e da Mirely. Tive também a oportunidade de relaxar no Zena Spa, onde fui muito bem atendida, em especial pela Juliana, cujas mãos me fizeram até pegar no sono na massagem.
