The first TV remote they gave me (yes, they hand you remotes at the desk) did not work. So...back to the front desk I went to exchange remotes. No big deal.
I get the TV working...then...5 minutes later, a power outage. It only lasted 10 minutes. Again, no big deal.
After the power came back on, the TV signal was lost...and the mesaage was to press *input* on the remote. There is no input selection (I tried every button just in case). So, back to the front desk I went. Apparently they only have a couple of master remotes...and a poor housekeeper had to go room to room to reset the TVs.
However...she couldn't figure mine out and left saying she would get somone.
All of the above in the first 40 minutes of checking in, as I sat there waiting for someone to stop by to fix the TV.
[15 minutes later]
Nobody stopped by.
I go back to the front desk and ask for one of the master remotes because I think I know how to fix the TV. They give one to me, I go to my room and, voila, I have a working TV. (Note...I had to go back to the front desk to drop off the master remote...I've lost count).
Back in my room...lying down...watching TV, about to doze off for a nap after a long drive...then...the phone rings!
The front desk says they have another room with a working TV. I tell them I'm good where I am (my TV was working and I had unpacked everything). Front desk said OK.
Back to bed to try to nap. 10 minutes later...the phone rings AGAIN!?!
Front desk says, sorry, but the pers
