It was such a relaxing stay. We came in for one night to celebrate a retirement for my sister and it was sooooo nice just chilling on the top floor looking out at the river!!!!! Looooved it we will be back!

Customer service representatives were friendly and professional. My room was warm and cozy. Was moved to a room facing the river the second day. Spent 4 days at the Inn. Only four stars because there wasn't a microwave in the room. There was one in the lobby dining room however, the lobby locked up around 630pm. The view of the Ohio River and Minton bridge from my room was beautiful especially at night. The back of the Inn offers rocking chairs, andirondak for relaxing and other shaded areas to enjoy. It was off season when I visited, and the staff were polite. When it's warmer, I bet the Inn bustles with activity. Also they offer guests golf cart rides into town. I would reccommend especially if you're someone who eats out a lot. I was in town for a relocation inspection, which reminds me the Inn does have apts they rent for folks just in town for a few weeks for work.

Nice staff, clean room, great riverfront views. The room is spacious and thoughtfully put together. The bathroom was a little small, but that's about the only complaint I can come up with.

My husband and I spent Thanksgiving weekend at the Riverboat Inn. When we arrived, Zach was the only employee working and he was terrific! Checked us in and gave us the lowdown of the area. Later that evening there was live entertainment. Zach was also the bartender that evening and makes one of the best margaritas I’ve had in a long time! This young man is top notch! WE WILL BE BACK THIS SUMMER!

The place was amazing with beautiful views and charming artwork. The staff that we had the pleasure of meeting were incredible, especially Zach. He has to be one of the most pleasant young men I have met in my very long life. He truly brings joy to everyone he interacts with. Cannot wait to meet the owners on our next trip. We will be back when the weather is warm enough to truly enjoy the experience.

This is a basic hotel, nothing exceptional about it. When I arrived, I was met by two young ladies at the desk, one possibly being trained, who were friendly, but failed to provide me a Wi-fi password, that later required another trip to the front desk to retrieve one as I found the room had no telephone. This also did away with the chance of an Early Wake-up Call the next morning. My room front door also had a gap underneath it, so large that sunlight could easily be seen. If this had been an internal room hotel, I could understand it. But, because of this, the next morning my room floor had seven or eight beetle type bugs roaming around by the bed area. For the price, I expected more and unless no other options are available, wouldn't return to this provider.

It was Ok.

A clean room and comfortable bed. We were in the Poolhouse so think of a tight European room with cinder block walls. If we had stayed more than one night then I would have been more concerned with the tighness and austerity of the room.

Rooms are clean. The view is beautiful. Walkable to downtown and restaurants. They have shuttle service available. Live music on the patio. We will definitely be back.
