One night stay. We stayed here in January and got a room close to the check in lobby. This time we were towards the back where the restroom was not as clean nor updated as the other room we had last time. We also had no cold water in the shower, so it was horrible to shower with extremely hot water!! It just wasn't what we expected from the last stay. Our check in gal was great and so very organized. She had everything ready when we arrived and we had no wait time! Sorry I didn't get her name. Also loved that she had the doorbell on when anyone came into the lobby, she ran right to the front. When checking out however the gentleman had no doorbell on was on his phone in the back and never heard me come in. I had to call him and let him know I was there and ready to check out. Not sure if we'll stay again as it was not what we expected.

I enjoyed my stay at the Motel 6 in Van Horn, TX. The staff is very kind and thorough, and the check-in process was easy. The motel is an economy one, but it was clean and spacious with good water pressure and amenities. The only issue I had was with a poor WiFi connection; however, it seems that the connection problem was not just at the Motel 6 but in the surrounding area as well. I enjoyed my stay and will be pleased to return at some point in the future.

Best value ever! This hotel is clean and staff is lovely. Parking is lighted and area felt safe, food is walking distance away. We left our luggage on the roof overnight with no problem. No extra charge for my dog. Pet area next to the parking area and cute little park across the road. Free coffee and tea in the office in the mornings. It is on the simpler side, could use a few more pillows and just ask for shampoo etc at the desk if you need it, but this allows for a great price. Will definitely stay there again.

Had freak winter storm hit, was in the 20's w/o the windchill. Room was nice and warm & very clean. Refrigerator & TV worked great. Front counter staff really nice and helpful, there was a small general store right next to the hotel. It's no-frills but a great place for overnight and traveling. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
