Clean room, good shower, free parking A bit disappointed with the room size as it was advertised as a Comfort double. Had to move chair to access cupboard & fridge. No proper storage or space for cases. Very inconsiderate other people staying loud talking & door banging into the middle of the night. So very little sleep & no one at Reception to help.

More of a hostel/bedsit than a hotel. Strong smell of cleaning products, industrial carpet, not very cosy or pleasant. It is in a good location however, and the bed was comfortable.

Our room was OK but a bit cramped compared to the photos. Onsite parking was good and easy to access and the bed was firm enough (though very squeaky). The kitchenette had a microwave and freezer less fridge. We had some random cutlery and mismatched glasses, some of which were left in the drying rack when we arrived. We had no tea towels to dry our washing up and our room was not serviced at all. The property is a convenient walk to the old part of town and there is a nice pub with door and beer garden down the road.

Was expecting the normal hotel room but this one also had microwave, air fryer a fridge and washing up facilities plus plates, knives and forks. Very very impressed.

Don't have Room 13. Tiny double bed, no access to one side, no plugs in a convenient place, no bed side tables, shower old and door broken. No curtains, blinds only so daylight at 4.30am. Won't be going back.

Good position for exploring older part of Norwich, parking us included which is a bonus. Hotel is a little tired but clean.
