We were evacuated because of a fire and this was a wonderful place to stay while we couldn't be at home. Very friendly and helpful staff. It was clean and modern and we felt safe here.
Taken from the King-size bed looking towards the door.
Lots of storage cubbies

Short & sweet comments

Staff was friendly and helpful, and my room looked wonderful! If you told me everything was just built yesterday, I’d believe you. I felt very comfy staying here.

Hotel is new so well maintained. Parking area is large and nice. Walking path near by. Floors are not very sound proof so expect to hear people moving above you. I was on the street side which is loud. Ask for parking lot side. Unfortunately I have found staying at these extended stay hotels that they are being used as weekly low income apartment housing with children and pets, with a mix of business people working out of town. I will say this is one of the better ones I have stayed in, clean, convenient and helpful staff.

Room was clean but one of the other guest must have been a pot smoker because every so often the strong smell would come through the vents. The front desk as very nice about it and offered to change our room.

6/10 Good

This is a good place if you plan on staying for a while. It has a heating plate, a microwave, and a fridge. What I didn't like was that there was no coffee maker in the room, and there were no facial tissues. I had to use toilet paper to blow my nose. Be careful with the Pet Friendly notice. There is a $25 fee per night plus a $50 clean-up fee.
Richard, 1-night trip

We can smell new paint every time to enter our room. A bit of noise if someone was walking in upstairs. Other things are good.

4/10 Fair

I think this is actually an extended stay facility but they don’t tell you that. I had to request a blow dryer because there are none in my room and they said that’s because you have to check them out at the front desk. There was clearly people living there as I saw Amazon packages being delivered to Various hotel room doors, there were pets, and folks carrying in multiple groceries each day. The walls are very thin I could hear all the conversations on the sides of me and the people walking and shuffling above me. There are no drapes so you cannot block out any outside building lights or sunshine. There is no spring mattress. The bed is just on top of a standard metal bracket. And the frame would move anytime I moved. I can say that the facility was incredibly clean, but it was not to the standards of a normal hotel room. There were no tissues And I had to go down and request new towels each day.

2/10 Poor

will never stay there again. my dad is in a skilled nursing home for the rest of his life 3 minutes away. we thought we found a motel close, newly built, that we will return to. NOT A CHANCE! THe bed was the absolute worse bed I have ever slept in. Broken down, noisy, awful! and only a few months old. No ice machine in the facility. Staying one night doesnt help with old fashioned ice cube trays. No comp hair dryer. Who travels with those anymore??? No hand towels. NOTHING. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in the kitchen. Why have one? Am I going to travel with a set of dishes, silverware, glasses and pots and pans??? Have I said enough??!!

2/10 Poor

The staff were rude and not accommodating at all. Refused to give me my “total” amount charged at check in because “I booked through Expedia” and they can’t give me my total amount. Never heard of such a thing. Can’t take cash, no soaps or coffee or any of the basic needs in the rooms. If you want these things they are extra charges. Bad communication. Walls are paper thin & the people next to our room were loud since 7am screaming and banging on walls / cursing. I have small children and this was not a good experience. I will never be coming here again! Awful hotel for being brand new they should focus more on making their clients happy or they will never have returning customers.

Budget airline meets Hotel

This hotel just opened in February 2025, but you'd never guess it from the condition of the rooms. Our first room was filthy—hair in the bathroom, scuffed walls, bugs in the cabinets, and metal shavings on the floor. We asked to be moved and were sent across the hall to a “clean” room. Same issues—more hair, more shavings. When my wife complained, the front desk offered to bring us a broom. Worse yet, everything here costs extra. Want dishes or a pan to cook with? That’ll be an added charge. Need tissues or paper towels? Not provided—I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s a hidden fee for those too. This place operates like a budget airline: low upfront price, then charges you for every basic thing a hotel should include. The difference is, at least they clean their planes. A brand-new hotel shouldn’t feel this run-down or try this hard to nickel-and-dime its guests. Stay somewhere else.

Phone was not working correctly, arrived for late check in, supposed to file 500 on lobby phone, waited in lobby for 10-15 min before finally staff arrived at desk after I looked up regular phone number from Internet. I heard from others this is a regular problem. Another guest was there who had been there several days, said 4th floor had no hot water for showers. He was told construction company told them to turn on all faucets on 4th floor for 48 hours? This guy was trying to get moved to another room without much success. This is a CHOICE property. I originally had a reservation at Comfort Inn, also a choice property. When we arrived there after a full day of driving I was informed at the front desk the elevator was not working. I had an ADA room as my mom is 84 and recovering from surgery, she can't use stairs. They refunded my room but it was a big inconvenience, then to arriver at next property and experience waiting and trying to to get a hold of staff to get in room. Ugh, trying to find affordable lodging is getting ridiculously. The facility was clean. I'll give them that.

My Rating Views about the Hotel Stay: WoodSpring Suites Beaverton is a New Hotel that just opened sometime this year. The Hotel is a really nice, clean, and up to date place to stay. The only problems that I have with WoodSpring Suites are: 1. Throughout the night when you're trying to Sleep. You can hear loud noises coming from the other rooms and in the hallways. 2. The Front Entrance Area of the Hotel, are lots and lots of "Cigarettes" All Over The Ground! This makes the Brand New Hotel look Trashy, Slumish, and Nasty, which brings my Star Rating down to a (3) from what could have been Rated as a (4). Plus, the Rugs inside and outside the Elevator are Filthy and needs some type of Shampooing.
