The place was really nice and clean, which made the experience even better. I really enjoyed how many different food options were available all around, it was great having a variety to choose from. Definitely recommend!

No coffee maker in room. Bed was cheap and uncomfortable. Very basic no frills motel. Supposed to be extended stay hotel but no plates, utensils or cookware. Convenient location for our 1- night stay.

Hands down the best place to stay

The hotel was so clean and spacious. It legit had a full size refrigerator and a 2 burner electric stove top. The area was perfect because in was center in a HUUUUGE parking lot that had many restaraunts (in-n-out, Starbucks, Popeyes, and more) you didn’t have to drive anywhere to get food, just step out of the hotel lobby and it was all there. Staff was very friendly, a really great price… the only negative thing I have to say is that the bed could have been a little more comfortable, although it was fine, I had a better bed in a dingier hotel the night before my stay here. But overall this is exactly where I’d stay again the next time I visit my dad in Modesto. Which will be soon.

Booked thru Expedia. Showed up and the room type wasn’t available. I booked a shower instead of a tub, they had plenty of rooms with tubs available. They would not give me a room. They left me stranded since my refund would take 3-5 days. I do NOT recommend traveling here. Who leaves a customer stranded? Not to mention it was 100 degrees and I spent 2 hours for them trying to figure it out. Do the right thing and switch the room type, same rate. Instead they refused to honor.

Was there for a family service. Was so disappointed in room for being a newer hotel. No curtains blinds only so sun comes through waking you up early like 630 am. No hand towels bath towels and wash rags only and only two bath towels at that. Most hotels has a mirror in room so while someone in bathroom is getting ready someone can use other mirror. Bed absolutely uncomfortable hard and lumpy along with the worst pillows. No blow dryer, no tissues and no toiletries. Would not recommend this place to stay.

Staff was fine- but I can’t believe how much the hotel is already become rundown in the short amount of time that it’s been open. The room had such an overpowering smell of disinfectant that must’ve been coming from the beds because I don’t know where else it would be coming from. It was hard to sleep. I became very congested didn’t want to turn on the air conditioner because it was already cooled outside. Didn’t wanna turn on the heater because I was already suffocating from the smell. I don’t think I’ll be staying again.

Never Again

Went to visit my granddaughter. She said they had a new hotel in town, so we decided to try it. Arrived at 2 in the morning. Desk clerk was efficent. They gave us a room on the first floor so we could take our dog outside. Walked in through the side entrance walking through people milling around. We walked into our room and crickets were sounding loudly and walking around. Called front desk and she gave us a room on the second floor. After settling in we noticed they had a full kitchen, but no coffie maker, no pots, pans or cups. Just a bare kitchen. The bathroom only had 2 bath towels and two face towels. No hand towels or hair dryer. Next day I asked for more towels and was given a charge. This place is bare bones. Next morning we ordered breakfast to be delivered using the address provided on information in the room. The delivery person said he could not locate the hotel with the info we gave him. We described the area we were at and he found it. The desk clerk said all printed info had a wrong address on it. Why would they not correct it. They dont have a laundry area or ice machine. I have never stayed in such a bare bones hotel. I will never stay at this place again.

Four days stay, family.

Very misleading info on all hotels ad. The establishment claims to have a kitchenette but doesn’t provide any pots and pans, no kitchen utensils, no dishes and doesn’t even have anything complimentary, not even a complimentary coffee in the lobby. You have to buy everything from the front desk or get it at Walmart. The only reason we stay is I can’t get a hold of Hotels.com to cancel the reservation.

I think this hotel is barely finished. Every hotel I’ve stayed at did not make guests wait until 3:00 if the rooms were available. These rooms were ready for sure. There were 2 towels and 1 wash cloth that were extremely low quality. There was “1” small bar of soap, no soap dish, no coffee and the beds were more like cots. The best part was the location, because there was every drive thru fast food restaurants that you could want with in walking distance.
