The rooms were very clean. The staff was so nice and accommodating. We didn't use the pool. The fitness room looked well maintained. I noticed there were washers and dryers on some of the floors, which was a great addition and you don't see everywhere. Proximity to the baseball field can't be beat! Easily walkable to restaurants and access to highway was perfect.

Good location
The door to the bathroom/shower was coming off the hinges, or maybe the hinges were coming out of the door frame. It wasn’t a problem since I was alone but you should fix this. Room 312.

Upon check in o was told that they needed a card for incidentals I asked what the hold would be she said $100 then asked if I was parking and I was and that was another $25. Mind you I’ve stayed at this hotel 4 times prior and the incidental hold is always different. I gave a card and she handed me the card back telling me it was declined. I believe this is for the $125. After finally paying with a card I did not want to use because it was not explained to me that the card on file for the hold of the room when booking was being charged. That card had prior fraud and was obviously declined. I stated specifically when asking about the hold and parking if it all could have been charged on one card the cars I gave her and she handed back declined which again had a $1000 limits
I checked in got to the room only to find the bathroom light didn’t work. No liners n the trash cans
After going through my phone and calling the cars company about my declined card I come to realize the card she handed me back declined was charged twice . Once for $30 for incidentals and another charge for $20 Which was parking. Neither of those amounts matches what she told me at the desk so I think it’s fraud . Then I see an email from capital one (the card that is no longer in use) had tried to Ben used for $370 which was the amount of the room. Super pissed because the girl at the front desk was not clear about my reservation, not clear about charges, not clear about which card had been declined!

Very disappointed
Attached is a copy of our stay and our Room number is 403. We are very disappointed that our TV and heater did not work. Our shower filled with water because the drain was clogged. Someone cleaned it Saturday night but was to come this morning before checkout to clean it and did not. We couldn’t get showers the tub was disgusting included are photos, and no hot water and lights did not work. Manager was present today and mentioned not comping anything or asking what he could do. Only if we reported it to maintenance. Also- we stopped at the desk Saturday night and informed of the same things. Nothing. So- photos are attached.

Not great
The check in was very slow due to a computer glitch. When I showered this morning I discovered that I did not have a blow dryer in the room. I had to walk to the lobby with wet hair since they did not answer the phone. We were staying in an almost $400 Executive Suite. Not up to Marriott standards.

Okay…
We have stayed here numerous times and the old place is starting to show her age…carpets a lil worn; elevator smelled like bug spray (instant headache); got pretty stuffy from HVAC…don’t know if it’s some mold, or mildew, but definitely noticeable. Really lacking on any utensils in our room: only one big serving spoon! Breakfast ok, staff is great. Could use a bit of a makeover. Thx.
