The hotel is located on a lively street full of restaurants, very close to the Spanish Steps. The room is quite small, but if you keep your expectations realistic and only plan to use it for sleeping, it’s perfectly fine. The location is great, within walking distance of many iconic landmarks and tourist attractions. There is also a supermarket on the same street, which is very convenient. The room was cleaned every day.

La chambre était petite mais l’hôtel Très bien situé. Prévoyez d’avance la réception n’est pas ouverte 24/24h. À côté du métro et de la place d’Espagne. Tout ce fait bien à pieds. Pas d’ascenseur, vous devez monté vos valises au deuxième étage. Très sécuritaire comme endroit.

Canadian travellers here! Convenient location! We felt very safe in this area and getting in/out of the property was easy. Note this is not a full-service hotel and there is not someone regularly at the front desk. The walls were very scuffed and fixtures well worn, but overall clean enough. Small room (as to be expected in EU) but we had no issue fitting our luggage. They did ask us to write down our full credit card info for the city tax which is usually not a good sign, but they were okay to accommodate us with in person payment instead at check-out.

It was perfect - clean, well looked after, lovely floors, bathrooms, beds etc., and the manager Roberta was very helpful and friendly. The location is perfect - basically next door to the Spanish steps, Via del Corsa. Will definitely come again - a rare find.

Amazing Location

The location was perfect, walkable to all the sights as well as good restaurants and a small grocery store. Check in was very smooth and reception was extremely helpful. The one thing to note is that the unit is in a multi purpose building on the 3rd floor (up 3 flights of stairs) so there are a lot of steps to climb. Everything was very clean and AC worked very well

The walls of the room are full of shoe marks, beds are comfortable, but there are not enough pillows, bathroom and amenities were great, almost as large as half of the room. The building does not have a lift so be aware as the rooms are on the 3rd floor. Instructions on how to get inside the room were clear and easy to follow sent via WhatsApp. Staff only on site during the morning. Amazing location. .
