Perfect wee place, lovely staff

Great location, only a 20 minute walk to Temple bar area. Very clean rooms, also very small, but you get what you pay for! Would stay here again.

8/10 Very good

Friendly and helpful reception staff on arrival. Room very clean, if a little small, but perfect for a short break. Well equiped shared kitchen and sitting room. Location great as a base to explore the city. Check-in information needs updating as it says after 5pm you need to contact them to arrange, also contact phone number did not work.

10/10 Exceptional

Room was spotless upon checking in and the staff were incredible even letting us check in early due to the room being ready early. Dealt with an issue with our key fob almost immediately. Big highlight is the room terrace. Absolutely stunning view of the sunset over Dublin. For stays where you just need a bed for a stopover this is an absolutely superb option for a very decent price for what you're getting. Would stay again.

Very clean room, the bathroom was a fair size and room to store clothes/luggage. Bed was a little lumpy and no AC in the bedroom. The common areas had great AC and the kitchen was clean and well kept.

6/10 Good

Good location only 10 min walk to city centre and attractions. Checkin was simple. Basic accommodation with no drinks and only smaller bath towels, no hand towels. Got very warm as there is poor ventilation and no AC. Had to pass through no less than 10 doors with key fob to get to the room. Good cafe only 2 mins away. Be aware that its a student dorm.

4/10 Fair

The room was clean and staff was friendly, but the room was less than a third of the size of what the listing showed. It was fine to just sleep in, but there wasn't enough room for my traveling partner and I to even just stand next to each other, or anywhere to really keep our suitcases besides the singular walkway from door to bed. The room was also ridiculously hot at all times, so we had to sleep with the window open and the street outside was quite noisy. We were kept up most of the first night by people screaming and smashing bottles right outside our window. If you're just using this as a place to sleep it was fine, but definitely not the nice spacious room we were expecting.

The hotel is easy to find and conveniently located, with plenty of small shops and coffee shops nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. I emailed in advance to ask for some information, although I only received a reply after I called. I had also requested an early check-in, and even though my room wasn’t ready ahead of time, they did their best to accommodate my request, which I really appreciated. I had made two separate bookings for different rooms, but the staff managed to let us stay in the same room throughout our stay. I imagine this may have required some extra logistical effort on their part, so I was very grateful for that. The building is modern, clean, and offers several pleasant communal areas. The room was clean and came with towels, soap, and bottled water on arrival. The only downside was how warm the room became, together with the limited window opening. Only one small section of the window could be opened, and only slightly, so it was difficult to cool the room down. That said, this seems to be a structural feature of the building rather than something the hotel can easily change. Overall, we had a very positive experience and I would happily stay here again.

Location is very close to town, which was great. The staff were very nice. Our only issue was how muggy and hot the room was without much ventilation. Otherwise it was fine and as expected for the price.

6/10 Good

Room did not have air conditioning and was very hot in the night time. Room was small but relatively clean, although the room didn’t have a garbage and the shower did not drain well at all. Decent stay for a budget friendly place. Staff was nice

The room was clean, but quite small. Sheets and towels were clean. The bathroom was small and the water pressure was very low. The shower also drained very slow. Overall, a good, slightly overpriced, stay.

Nicely located with a some nice eating choices nearby and easily walkable to the centre - basic rooms, but a nice kitchen attached as its a student hall normally. Everything was clean and tidy

The property is student residences and it was very clean and comfortable. The price was very affordable. There is a shared kitchen with the TV that you can use while there. The only thing is is that the rooms can be kind of warm and warm weather but I opened my window and I was fine. It was about a 10 to 15 minute walk to town, which was fine by me

Very convenient place to stay not far from Dublin city centre. Room + bath and additional areas like kitchen and working lounge are inside the building.

15min walk from the city centre with the room listed exactly as is. Great as a base to stay during a busy day

8/10 Very good

Clean room and staff on-site 24/7. Very good location but no AC (100% our own fault for not looking for it). With the windows being locked and unable to be opened, it was very uncomfortable during the heatwave when we were staying there.
