This place was a real gem right in the heart of Ortaköy but still so peaceful and quiet. The room was super clean, and everything felt really well taken care of. The staff were incredibly kind and always ready to help with a smile. Honestly, I felt very comfortable and welcome here. Would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul!

Fiyat performans bir yer arıyorsanız burası uygun. Başlangıçta rezervasyon yaptırmamıza rağmen uygun oda bulunmadığını söylediler ancak biz direttikten sonra problemimizi çözdüler. Oda küçük ama temizdi ve iki kız kalmamıza rağmen güvenlik problemi yaşamadık. Klimayla ilgili şöyle bir problem var ilk açtığınızda sıcak üfürüyor ancak kapatıp açarsanız bir daha sıcağa dönmüyor ilk gün böyle bi hata yaptık ancak sonraki gün açtık ve kapatmadık sıcak kalmaya devam etti. Çalışanlar kibardı son gün gece giriş yapmakla ilgili sorun yaşadım ve gece geç saat olmasına rağmen hemen ulaşabildim bana yardımcı oldu.

J’ai adoré mon séjour ici ! L’hôtel est parfaitement situé, à deux pas de toute l’animation d’Ortaköy, mais dans une rue calme où l’on peut vraiment se reposer. La chambre était d’une propreté irréprochable et joliment décorée. Le personnel est vraiment adorable, toujours souriant et prêt à aider. On se sent tout de suite à l’aise.
