Simply Flawless.

This new hotel was a pleasure to stay in. The staff were a credit to their employer in the way they were so helpful and friendly. I enjoyed cooling down in the pool and the use of their fabulous restaurants. I wont forget my visit to Malta, and the kindness displayed to me.

Tolles Hotel, leider mitten im Party Viertel. Heißt laut und dreckig teilweise drumherum… Frühstück sehr gut, wenn auch etwas Abwechslung fehlte. Aufzug Situation etwas komisch, waren in einem zweiten Tower der getrennt war vom Haupthotel. Mitarbeiter und Service astrein, Ausstattung top. Tolles Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick…

The hotel is wonderful. It only opened in November but it is already a top class 5 star hotel and they still gave finished the project. The staff are amazing and attentive and constantly ensured we were happy and comfortable. I would highly recommended this hotel. I was sad to leave.

We enjoyed our day at this hotel. It was our first time to Malta and it was reasonably central to everything we wanted to do. It is rather noisy depending on where your room is of a night with lots of activity occurring underneath in the streets below by a younger generation. having said this, it did not deter from our holiday. Excellent customer service and breakfast inclusion was a bonus. Also, airport bus stops out the front across the road.

환상적인 몰타 호텔 또 오고 싶어요

쾌적하고 시설이 편안했어요. 최신식 호텔로 어느 하나 부족함이 없었어요. 직원들 모두 너무 친절하고 친근하게 해줘서 항상 기분이 좋았어요. 여행에 도움이 되기위해 적극적으로 도와줬어요. 이틀만 예약한게 아쉬웠고 다음엔 꼭 오래 머물 계획이예요. 호텔 룸에 전망과 위치도 너무 좋았어요. 쇼핑몰과 대형 슈퍼가 주변에 있어 너무 행복했답니다.

Sehr schönes Hotel, dass gerade neu eröffnet hat (2025). Es liegt mitten im Partyviertel, wer hier Ruhe sucht, ist hier falsch. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön und hat genug Platz. Der Service am morgen muss noch etwas üben, aber sie sind über alle Massen freundlich. Parkplätze hat es in der Tiefgarage, welche über die gleiche Zufahrt wie der Mercury Tower erreicht werden können. Eine Shoppingmall ist auch im gleichen Komplex. Das Essen ist weniger zu empfehlen, dafür hat es genügend Bars und Restaurants gleich um die Ecke. Ansonsten ist es sehr zu empfehlen.

Der Aufenthalt war grundsätzlich Top. + Sehr Pos. -grosse Zimmer -Top Morgenbuffet -Sehr Freundliches Personal -Sehr saubere Zimmer. - Neg. Rooftop und der zweite Pool in der 8 Etage war nicht geöffnet, dies war für uns ein Buchungsgrund. Nirgends habe wir bei dem Buchen einen hinweisgefunden.- Wellness; Diese schöne Oase ist leider keine Oase der Ruhe. Kinder haben da absolut nichts verloren. Auch die die Sauberkeit steht leider nicht im Verhältnis zum Rest vom Hotel. Wir kommen gerne wieder, aber erst wenn alles geöffnet ist.

Decepcionado totalmente

Reserve una suites en piso 17 linda vista. Pero el hotel tiene un problema grave de ruido producido constantemente por el centro comercial. No solo por el gran ruido de la música , si no también por cualquier actividad que se realize en el centro comercial. Se produce un rebote del sonido terrible , no puedes estar en el balcón. Realmente fue muy desagradable. Pagar una habitación bastante cara para sufrir con el terrible ruido. No me quedaría en este hotel nuevamente Falta de limpieza en el balcón.

Amazing - Ultra Luxury

Amazing hotel, the staff within the hotel are what make it truly special. Paula the front desk manager, Hugo on the reception and the Russian hostess at the Cabana club are examples of ultra luxury service. This is very hard to find in Malta. I would say a perfect hotel for couples, friends travelling together and on business trips. The hotel amenities are grey with gym and Dee Spa facilities. Brittany from the spa was amazing. Only disappointment was that the hotel allow children into the spa (despite there being an outdoor pool) firstly it’s not safe for children and this space should be kept tranquil and relaxing. Or there should be family hours.
