We really enjoyed our stay! The house had everything we needed, lots of room for our two families, and the pool and lazy river were a hit. Loved that it was away from traffic but still close to Disney. Would definitely recommend!

There was 7 of us ladies we each had are own bedrooms and bathrooms. We went over to lazy river and enjoyed are selves. The beds were comfortable. Didn't get to enjoy some of what the house offered. I would definitely rent this home again.

At first look its a fantastic home, a lot of rooms, game garage, open living area, good pool..just great. Checkin was great, constantly update mails about the procedure for late checkin. Late checkin is at the maingate and then you can drive to the home. Super friendly personel at the gate. We didnt got wifi started, so we started mailing and calling a few times and finally after 3 days the host of UPSTAY gave us a alternative (hidden) wifi+ code and that did work. After a few days you start seeing things. Coffeetable is wonky, Matrasses are heavenly used, luckily we where there with only 4 people so we had beds to choose from. All beds have different matrasses, some soft, some hard but mostly ready for replacement. Carpet is really firty and around the edges and under doorways little nails come through..painfull on bare foot. The projection cinema area is great, but..the furniture upstairs is broken and fixed with tape. There is no dvd player or streaming service for the cinema so remember to bring your own tablet-to-hdmi adapter ( or buy one at best buy for $15) Dinningtable has only 6 seats, for 8 persons? And the outside furniture ( sunbeds) are to old to lay on, your laying with your back on the steel frame. But still.. we had a great time, great location and to be honest, the rental price for this 8 bedroom home was much lower then other ones so..there is a reason for it to be cheaper ofcourse.

Well to start off the home was beautiful! However, the theater lacked the surround sound, there were nails or staples sticking out of the carpet in some areas (luckily the kids didnt step on them; I did), and the grill was described as "rusted out/ cant work properly" by a fellow guest who wanted to bbq. We also requested to extend our stay. When we got back from a long day at Universal Studios we were locked out. Customer service didnt respond. No way to contact the home owner. Luckily one of our guests left the back door unlocked so we got in 30 min later. Customer service called over an hour later. No apologies, just gave us the code and asked if we had other questions. If none of the ammenities matter this is a huge home and can accommodate alot of people.
