For the price this was great. The following were minor issues but could easily be fixed.
Check in took too long (for me and the person ahead of me) because of the process. I think it was 15+ minutes after we walked in the door at 12:30am before we got a key.
The system in use has too many, unnecessary steps. Right after the clerk scanned my driver's license and gave it back to me she had me verbally provide my address well, she typed it into a computer. What is wrong with their system that the address was not already in there, either from my reservation or my license. Then there were a lot if initial here, sign there, things.
The breakfast area is very small and was mobbed at 9am on a Saturday morning. To be expected, but make some minor changes to help. For instance, a second microwave, even just stacked on top of the one there would allow more people to heat the refrigerated breakfast sandwiches.
Staff dealt with everything as efficiently as possible.
Finally, leave a tip for your room cleaners, people. They have the most physically difficult jobs in the industry!
