stayed for a week with the family. dinner is just fod under heated lamp looking sad. yhe staff certainly is not efficient to greet or ask for simple water and drinks, A number of times we had to stand up and get our own water at the buffet. Saw a cockroach crawling abythe dessert at the buffet. took a video and showed it to the manager. at the poolside buffet food is pecked on by the birds which by the way is inside a restaurant, we requested the food to be partially covered but no action taken. You eat from the same layout as birds.food scene was quite unacceptable.To access coffee shop ,one has to walk at the other end of the property which feels quite isolated, We were celebrating my daughters graduation but this place took the peace of mind away. BTW, the pools were disgusting. would not recommend this place for family. Tried spa too. not a great service.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Hype My family and I booked this resort based on its advertised 5-star rating and claim of being family-friendly. While it was indeed kid-friendly, that was unfortunately the only accurate part. The rooms were outdated, and mine had visible mold on the walls. The door appeared to have been previously damaged, which made us feel unsafe from the very beginning. The overall condition of the room did not reflect a luxury resort standard. The staff, for the most part, were unhelpful and dismissive, which was surprising given the price we paid. For an “all-inclusive” resort, we were disappointed to learn that premium liquor was only available to members. Food options were limited and of poor quality, and room service was inconsistent. During our 5-day stay, housekeeping never properly cleaned the room—just made the bed (by flipping the sheets inside out) and failed to provide fresh towels or washcloths.
