We in general liked the resort. It is beautiful-lots of palm trees, blooming flowers. The pools are nicely maintained. The beach is lovely. The ocean is clean and water temperature is great. Food could be better. We ate well but felt the quality is a little lacking.

Good stay for our family

We enjoyed our first visit here. Fun pool, plenty of entertainment, and generally decent clientele at the resort. Many workers, but service definitely could be improved in the restaurants, bars etc. Having to request drinks multiple times is not the best experience. The booking experience for restaurants is absurd. It’s 2025. Let people book online. Also, did not like the checkout experience at all. Very pushy to give this review, even coming around the desk and trying to get me to open my email and do it there in front of them. I would imagine majority of people do that as it’s an uncomfortable experience.

Amazing resort and beach, many dining options and great shows. Staff… Some of the staff is friendly and very helpful, but... most don't speak English. Most of the guests were from Canada, US and the UK, so it was difficult for us, non Spanish speakers, to communicate with the staff. The staff works long hours for many days in a row, so please tip them if you receive good service, they really appreciate it. Also, stay away from the Concierge… all they want to do it sign you up for a breakfast or lunch, which is a 2.5 hrs presentation to try and sell you a time share. We had a great vacation overall and we are planning to come back next year.
