I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Upon arrival, we were given a room with a broken curtain, which we requested to be fixed five times, but it was never addressed, compromising our privacy. Additionally, the room lacked toilet paper, and it took over an hour for it to be delivered, causing significant inconvenience.
Further issues included an exposed electrical outlet, which posed a safety risk to my 12-year-old child, and a blood stain on the sheets. Given these conditions, I am unable to understand how this hotel is rated as five stars. The overall service was poor, and our complaints were ignored.
I have photographic evidence of these issues and request a refund due to the false advertising and the disappointing experience.
