Front desk was friendly. Beds were super comfortable, room was clean , I did have a chip on the floor but that's it. Hotel is new . I wish they would give more towels and wash clothes . I had to ask twice and still did not receive more . Alot of people are staying here long term which causes a lot of people to stand outside which was my only concern .

I called early before booking and spoke to Assad. I asked about the address and let him know I would be coming now for early check in, he said that is fine and “see you soon”. Upon arriving they switched up and said they have no rooms available for early check in. I told them I was JUST on the phone and was told to come now. They then refused a refund and kept saying it’s a strict policy, even though they’re the ones who told me to come. Upon simply asking for a refund they laughed in me and my boyfriend’s face (who is a hardworking police officer), and hung up in our face. I’ve already taken this to corporate but this was the worst experience ever. He told me to come and then had nothing for me, I would’ve NEVER booked if he did not say I could come early. Terrible, disrespectful, unprofessional staff. Beautiful hotel with shotty workers. Needs to be looked into and I’m already on it.

This room was not clean upon the day. The bathroom was filthy. Notified front desk came and inspected. Said there was nothing she could do because she was not housekeeping about 10 to 20 minutes later she then call back up and offer another room.

The only issue was that the people above me were very loud. The first night I stayed there, it sounded like they were dropping weights on the floor. There were no issues the second night. The employees were very helpful and polite. I liked everything else about the hotel. I would stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay

The room was immaculately clean. Beds were very comfortable. It's a new property so that was expected. Location is very convenient to everything from grocery stores, mall, and several restaurants. As well as a stone's throw to RIC airport. I do wish that there was a breakfast included though. Also loved the kitchenette with full sized fridge. Overall, I would definitely book there again.

Must use room key for EVERYTHING

Great hotel if you like to use your room key for EVERYTHING! Cant get to elevators without room key, cant ride elevator without using room key, laundry room, fitness center all needs room key. No dishes, coffee pot, silver ware nothing unless you PAY to use. Room is white glove CLEAN.
