O quarto não tinha vista para o mar, mas as acomodações eram excelentes; o bar do hotel, os restaurantes e as equipes de funcionários eram muito receptivos e atenciosos. Definitivamente, é um dos melhores resorts de Punta Cana: várias atividades, boa academia e espaço integrativo, tudo muito próximo. O único ponto fraco é a equipe da praia, pouco atenciosa e só vai te atender se pagar gorjetas constantemente.

Superou nossas expectativas , pegamos somente 2 dias pois já tínhamos reserva de outro resort para os próximos 6 dias. Se tivéssemos conhecido o Zel antes , talvez não teríamos mudado e ficaria todos os dias nele , mesmo o valor sendo metade do outro que estamos não perde em nada o atendimento , pelo contrário , o atendimento dos funcionários do Zel é muito melhor , o recepcionista que nos atendeu se chama Daniel e ele foi maravilhoso com agente , inclusive nos acompanhou até o quarto e explicou tudo no detalhe. O quarto que ficamos é impecável , grande com todo conforto e tem jacuzzi na sacada. Outra ponto importante para ressaltar é a comida , maravilhosa , gostamos muito. Quando voltarmos para Punta Cana , o Zel será o Hotel que ficaremos

My wife and I went here for 8 days and really enjoyed ourselves. The staff are very friendly and the property is spacious but intimate. A lot of people in their 30s at the property, so we met a lot of younger couples and friend groups traveling. We made our own parties in the night club on site which was really fun. Victor, the bartender is an absolute legend! You get a personal concierge who assists you throughout your stay. Our concierge, Andres, was so kind, helpful, and fun. The dining options are limited, but if you are not a picky eater, they are decent quality. I would say overall, if you are a picky person who wants to stay in a fancy place and be waited on like a kind, don't stay here. Probably don't go to Dominican at all. This place is great if you know how to make your own fun, are down to earth, and well traveled already. Overall, it was a lovely stay for us!!!

I recently visited this stunning location, and I was truly impressed by its beauty! The ambiance was lovely, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. However, I did encounter one downside: the food was served cold. I really wish it had been warmer, as that would have made the experience even better. Despite this, I would still highly recommend this place to others for its charm and wonderful staff. Just a little attention to the temperature of the food would make it perfect!

This property was amazing, staff was very friendly and helpful. HUGE SHOUT OUT to RAPHY! This man went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I had a great honey moon. He decorated our room with flowers, balloons, brought us bottles of wine and cake, made dinner reservations for us even went to the pharmacy and got pepto for us when we were having bad heart burn. Raphy is a 5 star employee. Only not great things I have to say are, food was not awesome. Almost everything was over cooked, dry and very salty. Also they ran out of things several times, we wanted fish tacos for lunch they were out, wanted squid they were out, wanted the drinks that came in a coconut they were out, we ordered aperol spritz they were out of champagne which is no big deal we just got a different drink, but these are things we noticed. Overall if u come here for the beauty of the resort and the country, want a more mellow relaxing resort and don’t expect a stellar culinary experience I would say this place is perfect.

The staff was so caring and genuine. Unlike anywhere I’ve ever been. If you sit back for a moment you can see it when they move about. They are passionate and take pride in their service to you….aside from the hotel and staff, the only bad thing that didn’t let me personally enjoy my trip and relax is people on the beach trying to sell you things. They keep walking up they make you take pictures with their parrot and tell you to pay them $30-$40 for taking a photograph on your phone sometimes more. I tried relaxing on the beach and people kept walking up trying to sell items and excursions. They don’t work for the hotels but since it’s a public beach they come on it and literally harass people. They have nothing to do with the staff but the hotels can do something about them that would be awesome!

We just got back from an amazing 4 nights at the Zel!! Our Concierge Andre was awesome! Very attentive and helpful. He responded to all of our questions and made all our activity and restaurant bookings for us!! Gabriel at the pool was SO amazing and attentive! Super high energy and lots of fun! Ricardo at the beach was so attentive and kind! We can't say enough about all the staff! They really made our vacation enjoyable. It was my birthday and they went out of their way to celebrate! The hotel is beautiful, food is very good and the activities are great! The Spacktail experience was really lovely and unexpected. The only suggestion is that they have the poolside restaurant open for dinner. There are limited dinner options and that restaurant was lovely!
