Ótima opção para casal que quer sossego.

As instalações são novas e bem cuidadas, o quarto super amplo e confortável (ficamos na Zel Master Suite), a praia é cinematográfica… mas essas características sozinhas não seriam suficientes para que nossa estadia fosse excelente: o diferencial foi o atendimento dos funcionários! Todos foram muito simpáticos e atenciosos! Gostaria de deixar um agradecimento especial ao Wilington Matos, que nos atendeu todos os dias no restaurante Parda, sempre sorridente e muito simpático. No final de nossa hospedagem, ele até já nos trazia as bebidas que gostávamos sem precisarmos pedir, foi extremamente atencioso. E juntamente com ele no restaurante, o Jabes Rodriguez também foi muito cordial todos os dias. Além deles, gostaria de deixar registrado nosso agradecimento ao Jostin, que nos recebia diariamente no restaurante da praia ”Neguri Beach” sempre alegre, bem-humorado e muito atencioso. Todos eles e os demais funcionários fizeram-nos sentir especiais.

Avoid – Looks beautiful, but far from luxury

Zel Punta Cana is visually stunning, with stylish design and lovely pools. If you stay, go for a ground-floor swim-up room in the 5000–7000 block that connects to the main pool. Unfortunately, service at the swim-up bar was poor - we gave up twice after waiting over 15 minutes. Ordering a drink felt like an inconvenience to the staff. The vibe changed constantly - sometimes calm, sometimes blasting dance music. Asking to lower the volume was met with, “Sorry, we can’t.” Food was a major letdown: bland, repetitive, and poorly timed. Only one restaurant was open during the day, and dinner alternated between the buffet and one other venue. By day two, we were bored with the menu. The resort was quiet but oversaturated with staff constantly trying to sell spa treatments or excursions. We asked for a list of activities four times before finally getting it on day five - too late. A “free welcome gift” came with strings attached: a short meeting turned into hours of pressure to join a vacation club. Despite informing them this was our honeymoon, there was no real acknowledgement. A special dinner was cancelled due to weather and not rescheduled. No one in management was accessible - just endless WhatsApp handoffs. This was not the luxury experience we were sold.

If you want to go relax this is the resort…if you are looking for entertainment there is none other than yoga by the Pool. There is only three restaurantes. The buffet is very good i only wish they had Dominican food. The room Are decorated lovely i enjoyed it

Excelente resort en Bavaro. Completamente renovado, jardines preciosos, playa espectacular. Servicio genial de parte de todo el staff, diferentes opciones de comida (a la carte y buffet), actividades diferentes para elegir, pero también idea para gente que busca relajarse simplemente. Desde luego no dudaría en alojarme otra vez aquí y lo recomiendo totalmente!

Best Time Ever March 2025 Our trip was made even more special as we were celebrating my wife's birthday, and the resort's incredible staff went above and beyond to make it truly magical. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality that exceeded all expectations. Unforgettable Guest Experience We were fortunate to have Yohandy De La Cruz as our guest experience guide, and he was nothing short of phenomenal—one of the best we’ve ever encountered. His attention to detail, kindness, and dedication made all the difference. On the day of my wife’s birthday, Yohandy, along with his amazing teammates Fish (Jonh) and Nocturno, created an unforgettable beachfront experience. They set up a beautifully decorated bed on Punta Cana Beach during sunset, complete with personalized touches and stunning floral arrangements. Fish captured every precious moment with breathtaking photos, ensuring we had memories to cherish forever. Silvestre Bar – We met Mairenis, the bartender, but we quickly nicknamed her Piña because of her incredible piña coladas! She was an absolute sweetheart, ensuring we always had a drink in our hands and making every visit to the bar a pleasure. Voltaje Bar – Every night after dinner, we stopped by Voltaje Club, where Tatiana took our drink orders and, along with Fish, made sure we were having a blast. The energy here was electric, and the fun never stopped!

We went for a bachelorette party and had a lovely weekend overall. Food was great, drinks were delicious, and the staff was always ready to attend our needs. As a group of young girls we received some unwanted attention from staff/a guest, but as soon as the hotel was made aware on the first night they immediately took care of it and were constantly making sure we were having a good experience. Granted we were a loud group ourselves, everyone was extremely patient with us and I am overall very happy with how our trip turned out. I would recommend this place and I would stay again myself!

The bad below - Registration process was terrible a nightmare!! No support or assistance for the most part. It took over 45 minutes to complete registration. No elevators to room. Not many staff understood any or most English. No previous information provided for room details. No remotes provided for ceiling fans. Electricity to room was intermittent and one day entirely out. Had to call Maintainence. Only one waste basket throughout room
