FOOLED US!

When I booked this place for my 19th wedding anniversary, I was so excited! All the reviews were 9 and above. Well they LIED--- first the staff onsite were great. We arrived at the park about 29 minutes before the CK in time. The clerk began cking us in. 2nd- my son had paid for this trip months before! The park required driver license of his, then a selfie not holding the license and holding it and copy of credit card. We had to contact him, at his job and request this! He was at work!! This whole process took 2 hours!!!!!! Got to the cabin - and went out to eat. Came back cabin has roaches! The office was closed had to wait until the next day. At 8am we were back at the office complaining. They were moving us- said it would be a few mins. 4hours later still not moved! My 2nd day was ruined as we planned a visit to BGardens. My health is such that we needed an early morning visit and then out at noon -then back later in the day at dusk. We went to the park entering at 3 - I had a heat stroke halfway thru, my husband had to walk me out! Back to the room sick as crazy! Showered to cool my body down. Laid down and passed out!!! The next day was our last day- so we didn't get to enjoy this trip at all!! I want a complete refund! I am going on every page I can to warn people!! Will never stay there again. That is sad bc the cabins are cute and it should have been enjoyable!

parking is great, right in front of your unit. Bed-hard and not easy to get into bed when its two sharing the bed.

This establishment provided an exceptionally clean and comfortable stay. The cabin was exceptionally well-appointed and fully stocked with essential amenities for a comfortable stay. Relaxed mountain feel in central Florida

I could tell the cabin was still new. It had that fresh wood smell. Everything worked well and the AC was cold. I was so comfortable i didnt even bother going to Busch Gardens which is why i came up for my birthday. I just stayed in and watched Wednesday season 2 part 1.

Very cozy and comfortable for a family of 4

Two bedroom cabin was pleasantly comfortable for a family of 4 with two average sized dogs. WiFi was hit and miss due to so many people in our cabin using it at once. The cabin was very clean. They even had a small dog park area but it needed fresh grass added to some dead areas. It had a fridge, small stove and microwave for a family’s basic needs. The AC was functional and each room had a ceiling fan. The outside area has a small grilling area for each cabin unit.

Exceptional!

It was an amazing home away from home! Felt like we were so far from the city but realistically just down the highway from our daughter's new college apartment. We will not stay any place else in Tampa!!! Excited to bring our other kids and plan a "camp" weekend!

Very cozy setting in a quiet area. The 24/7 check in was a big help for my partner and I with him getting off his flight at midnight. Our room included all kitchenware which helped a ton as well as a tv with endless channels, ac in the unit, wonderful soap

Excellent cabin, clean and comfortable. Wish the check in process could be smoother (I did not receive the access code until 2 hrs before my check in. So I had to call expedia for help, apparently it had been emailed to me, but the email address was an expedia email, not my personal email, so I never received the email. Eventually it was texted to me which solved the issue)
