Ótima localização

A localização é excelente. Bem pertinho da estação de metrô, padaria, mercados e vários restaurantes. O apartamento é novinho porém não é muito bem equipado para passar alguns dias e cozinhar, falta itens básicos para ficar mais confortável (ex: xícara, pano de prato, sal...) e por fim a limpeza, o apartamento estava bem limpo, porém encontramos itens pessoais de outro hóspede em cima do sofá.

Excelente opção de hospedagem.

Rua tranquilíssima mas com muitas facilidades a poucos minutos de caminhada (transporte público, padaria, mercado). Apartamento limpo, aconchegante, decorado com bom gosto e espaço razoável para um studio. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar lá.

Estadia confusa

O processo foi meio confuso e truncado, e apesar do apartamento ser bom e bem localizado, a comunicação para a liberação de entrada etc precisa ser aprimorado. A limpeza do banheiro também precisa ser urgentemente melhorada. Não posso dizer que ficaria no mesmo prédio sob o risco de cair no mesmo apartamento, mas estaria disposto a arriscar ficar na unidade original onde pretendia ficar, no Jardins. Quem sabe da próxima vez que eu for a São Paulo ??!!

O quarto era ótimo e confortável, porém o check In foi horrível. Fiquei quase 30 minutos para fora do prédio pois tinham que cadastrar a face para acessar o prédio e a comunicação era horrível. Por duas vezes o alarme de incêndio foi disparado no meio da noite. E a face parou de ser reconhecida em um certo dia sendo necessário entrar em contato com o suporte horrível. Recomendo só pela qualidade do quarto, agora se precisar de suporte boa sorte! O aparelho da academia que é um só pra tudo também estava estragado.

This place was beautiful, the neighborhood quiet and u have everything so close by! The apartment was very nice and cozy and very clean !! WiFi works great , the bed was super comfy , the bathroom was nice and relaxing !! You will love this place ! P quarto é bem espaçoso e confortável. Só tive problemas para entrar. A Portaria é remota e foi uma demora para atenderem e cadastrarem minha facial para entrar. Deveria ter recebido uma msg previamente, mas não recebo. Então a dica é reservar e já cobrar o cadastro prévio p não ter problemas p entrar.

Incrível, excelente localização, perto de estação de metrô, de supermercados, de padarias, bancos... O quarto estava muito limpo e arrumado, cama de qualidade, toalhas de qualidade, utilidades de cozinha à disposição inclusive um filtro de água...
