El personal muy amables y atentos desde la recepción hasta la salida se nota la calidad human y gusto por hacer su trabajo. Los aspectos que pueden mejorar es en la apertura de puertas que aún es con llave común e instala cajas de seguridad en la habitación. El restaurante ofrece comidas de calidad, sabrosa y a un precio muyotel céntrico, cerca de servicios, restaurantes y amenidades,nos gustó mucho, amenazamos con volver FELICIDADES a todo el personal

Hotel bien ubicado , habitaciones muy limpias con el mantenimiento bien cuidado. La alberca suoer calientita para los niños. Lo único malo fue una alarma de un comercio de enfrente que sonó toda la noche

Es un hotel sencillo, justo en el centro de la Ciudad, a solo dos cuadras de la plaza principal (2 minutos caminando). El restaurante tiene buenas opciones a precio razonable (la cecina: excelente). La alberca está climatizada a una temperatura ideal para pasar un buen rato y l@s meser@s te atienden ahí de forma excelente (solo no recomiendo la coctelería, porque no está bien preparada). El baño del cuarto no tiene ventilación (ni natural ni mecánica), lo que hace que huela a humedad y a wc. Para llegar al baño del restaurante hay que bajar unas escaleras peligrosas (resbalosas) sin luz. Las llaves del baño y la regadera (del cuarto) no están en buen estado. Aunque la alberca cierra a las 9pm, dejan que la gente festeje con la música a todo volumen, sin respetar el sueño. Todo el personal fue amable hasta el 27/jul/2025, cuando llegó la recepcionista de la mañana (no recuerdo si me dijeron que su nombre es Pamela o Paloma), quien se dirigía a sus clientes con un tono grosero y casi de burla (como si no entendiéramos), de manera altanera y con desdén y superioridad; lo que nos dejó un muy mal sabor de boca sobre el hotel.
