Great property, 20 min from downtown Reno as long as there isn’t traffic. Staff was fantastic! Very accommodating and the gym was amazing. There is no hot tub on this property 😞

This hotel has only been open for about a month so it was excellent condition. Their staff was very friendly. The area is mostly industrial but one of the staff told me they are developing the area. It's just a short drive south of I 80 and very quiet.

The hotel is super nice and clean. Just expect that this hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Driving to casinos will be about a 20 minute drive one way. It becomes really tiring driving back-and-forth. So if you’re thought is saving some $ because it’s a cheaper stay, you better think twice because the time and gas will get you in the end anyway.

It was nice, just some ventilation issues in the pool area. It smelled as if the cement was still curing. The coffee in the rooms, yuk but convenient. Just haven't used take creamer in so long, it wasn't worth my filtered water cost lol. Had to buy from downstairs and they had no change. Great place to sleep, just a lil noisy ac/heater. But it was very comfortable and the staff was nice. Would visit again, but pass on the coffee!

The staff was very courteous and professional. However, 4/6/25 night I asked the man at the bistro counter if he could get me a couple of coffee pods and he said he couldn't. I asked if he could get me a couple of sugar packets, he said yes and said he could get me beer or a drink . I said I didn't want alcohol , I would like the sugar packets. When he returned, he was rude and handed me the sugar packets and walked away when I tried to ask him a question. His demeaner was terrible .

They are located outside the city and Reno but it’s only about 20 min away and if you want peace and quiet, this is your place. We are non smokers and retired. We like the friendly staff and the convenience of the location. They are located right of the freeway. We will return and use this location again.

Room was not cleaned. Had to ask housekeeper to return. Failed to vacuum left dirty glasses did not provide clean glasses did not replace coffee supplies. Beds not properly made. We initially left room to have it cleaned. Housekeeping said it was done we returned to the above. Asked them to return and properly clean room any told to report to front desk. Insisted room get cleaned it was finally done. Starbucks did not have cash to allow me to get change for my purchase

I requested a quiet room not facing the street, the front desk simply told me that he didn’t know the layout of the hotel and unsure which rooms are noisy. Also he said I booked it from 3rd party and not directly from hotel so my requests were not guaranteed. However, the location is in the middle of nowhere and not a busy location. There are plenty empty rooms. As a front desk, not knowledgeable about the room layout of the hotel is extremely not professional and saying I booked it via 3rd party sounds a bit discriminatory
