這房間我十分滿意,唯一有少少意見的是空外溫泉的水, 不能自己控制,所以水量不會太悶7是每日,而且當水冷後不能再整熱,不過我還是每日都使用

If you are looking for an affordable Ryokan style hotel I couldn’t recommend this place enough! The open air tub was much needed after lots of walking, the space was huge by Japanese hotel room standards, close to a train station 1 stop from the Nishiki market/Pontocho Alley area, and extremely professional and helpful staff! Everything was excellent, we also had the Japanese breakfast one morning which was an experience. It was like a 2 story apartment, great amenities (loved the Dyson hair dryer, usually hotel hair dryers are not very good), comfy bed, very clean. Would definitely stay again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this luxury villa. A special shoutout to Jin M and Hayato — they provided extraordinary service from start to finish. Both spoke excellent English and were incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, always happy to help with any questions we had. Having them looking after us made the entire stay feel truly special. The villa itself was beautiful — spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The breakfast was nice and offered a wonderful Japanese experience that was enjoyable to try. Overall, this was one of the best stays we've experienced. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and genuinely warm hospitality experience!

We recently stayed here with our three children, each under 12 years old. This Ryokan had a large bathtub type onsen in the enclosed courtyard which we all enjoyed. The location was close to a convenience store for some food and supplies. We love that there was a laundry machine and dryer here. This was a very fun experience and we definitely recommend the special breakfast in the morning.

​If you are looking for a luxurious, private ryokan-style experience with modern tech, book Rojiyu Kyoto immediately. The two-story villa is spotless, beautifully designed, and remarkably quiet. ​Having a kitchenette was incredibly convenient, and the in-unit washer/dryer was an absolute lifesaver for our travels! To top it all off, soaking in our own private outdoor open-air bath was unforgettable, and the staff were incredibly friendly. A perfect 10/10 stay!
