Our rooms were on the 4th floor. Almost no water pressure. Hotel appears new or newly renovated and I suspect plumber didn't properly adjust the regulator, but the owner should have inspected and found the problem. At 10:30 PM, the front desk called my room to ask if I had a luggage cart in my room. Woke me up to ask that. Why? Too lazy to look at security footage? Of course I didn't. I heard the next morning from someone else who was called, that there was a luggage cart in the hallway on another area, but I guess the desk person was too lazy to ride the elevator up and look down each hall to find it. Easier to wake everyone up. Finally, when I got up at 5:00AM to get ready, my clothes that I had on the floor next top the bed were soaking wet. The air conditioner leaked water and drenched the carpet. When I mentioned to the same lazy front desk person, she told me where the laundry was. No apology. No offer to pay for my use of the laundry. Nothing. I will never stay there again.
