El apartamento estaba bastante sucio toallas, las justas solamente había una bolsa de basura no había secador cuando detallaban que si lo había nos dijeron que iban a solucionar el problema pero jamás lo hicieron y solamente solamente había té y lavavajillas. El resto no había nada más

Certes l'appartement est très bien situé. Mais hormis le fait qu'il n'a pas du tout l'aspect de la photo et qu'il faut y accéder par un escalier nauséabond, les prestations ne sont pas du tout assurées et l'hébergeur s'est révélé inapte à régler les problèmes signalés.

Locatie was super, het appartement was ruim en goed ingericht. Maar er waten dingen kapot ( kastje slaapkamer, plank onder t.v., toiletdeur liep aan) en het was niet schoon, de gebruikte handdoeken van de vorige gasten lagen in het badkamerkastje en de gang en trap waren vies. Jammer, verder hebben we het prima gehad.

The accommodation would be great if it wasn't so dirty and if there was hot water. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. Dirty blankets and towels, I don't recommend cooking in the kitchen, it's just disgusting. Yes, one positive thing is the location... that’s it.

Booked the Main Street and the place was fairly clean but the no lift but stairs. The WiFi didn’t work . I was lost and customer support assisted me until I was able to get in the building . It’s situated down a dark alley with no lights so a little scary at night. Right at the centre close to all the attractions and walkable by 7 min .

This place was terrible, there was no hot water or heating and the place was dirty. It was not liveable. We decided to leave on the second day, they told us we would get a refund but two weeks later, we got nothing and they stopped answering us.

Grand appartement Gand très central

Appartement accessible à partir de 16h, nous sommes arrivés à 17h45, le ménage n'était pas fait. Un responsable au téléphone nous dit qu'une équipe est en route. 20h toujours pas fait. Une autre personne au téléphone nous dit que c'est trop tard, pas de ménage possible avant le lendemain, pas d'autre appartement disponible, on nous propose d'annuler la réservation et d'appeler Hotels.com pour un relogement à 20h30 ! On rencontre finalement par hasard un monsieur dans l'escalier qui passait le balai, il nous propose de venir ! Ouf !

The apartment was very dirty. There was no soup, dish washer tablette and the equipment were dirty.The room was very cold and we couldn’t be able to warm the room. The location was perfect but i will never stay in this hotel again.

Apartamento muy bien situado y suficientemente equipado. El mayor problema esta en la imposibilidad de cerrar con llave cuando te encuentras dentro del apartamento. Los pestillos de los banos estan por fuera. La wifi no funciono durante toda la estancia, segun ellos por un "problema del proveedor"

We had a nice stay , the location was perfect, very close to canals, markets. A 10 min walk to tram 1 or 3 takes you to the station. It says it’s 1st floor, but it’s up a flight. It’s huge space, comfy bed. Only negative was not enough TP , towels not enough for 4 days, and no internet. I did chat with support, no issues were resolved. But it didn’t hamper our stay

Truly Disappointed

This property is in a good location if you do not mind some noise in the early hours. The facilities are good and it is roomy. There are however, numerous issues with the flat which we attempted to resolve through WhatsApp messaging. This was a complete waste of time and we eventually gave up 1) There is often a strong smell of urine at the building's entrance 2) A connecting stairwell, with no windows, does not have a working light. This is definitely a safety hazard 3) The wifi is unreliable 4) The cutlery is limited. We had one fork 5) The frying pan does not work on the hi-tech stovetop 6) The closet is full of builder's waste 7) We could not get the heated towel rail to work 8) We only had five coat hangers, which we hung from screws that were literally falling from the walls 9) There is a smell of dampness. This may because there is no working electric fan in the toilet and shower areas. I bought a can of air freshener 10) The flat has a double bed and futon. There were two of us. We were refused linen for the futon even though we did not want to sleep in the same bed 11) There is no hairdryer Guests with mobility issues should bear in mind that this flat is accessed by approximately 40 steep steps. Please bring your own dishwashing supplies. Kindly bear in mind that if you have any concerns during your stay, it is very likely that nothing will happen to address them.

The property is nice and good value in a great location. The one disappointment is that there was zero communication. Everything was communicated through AI bots. I had messaged to ask if there was a hairdryer before our trip. AI said yes but when we arrived there was no hairdryer. Several messages per day received only AI replies and it was never resolved. Go prepared to have no help when needed.

Dreckig, Kühl und Gefrierschrank eckelig, Boden und Spiegel nicht geputzt Kein Klopapier oder Seife oder Spülmittel oder Tabs oder Küchenhandtuch. Keine Mikrowelle vorhanden Nur ein Topf . Keine Pfanne oder genügend Besteck, kochen dadurch unmöglich TV ging nicht . Trotz Mails mit Fotos und Anruf keine direkte Abhilfe . Am nächsten Abend war jemand Kühlschrank und Spiegel putzen, den Rest nicht . Im Küchenschrank lag eine Schuheinlage, schade. Eingang wie auf einer Baustelle und total verdrecktes Treppenhaus. (1 und 2 Etage) Dielenschrank ohne Einlagen, schade weil Lage nett ( nachts sehr laut) schöne Betten . Und große Wohnung .
