the checkin provided us with an excellent room near the door to the parking lot. very convenient in and out. i wish the hotel had a sign out on M-37. At the driveway, possibly place a marker. My 2nd time here, and missed driveway only once.

We traveled to the area for a business trip. The hotel was fairly brand new, the room was beautiful and a nice size, the beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly and very helpful. There was a lot of choices for breakfast the next morning and the person running the breakfast was very nice I came around and asked how everybody was doing and if they needed anything. I have never seen that in a hotel before and it was quite refreshing. We will definitely stay again!

Beautiful updated hotel

This stay was excellent from the check-in all the way to the checkout. The lady at the check-in desk was extremely sweet and very friendly. We had breakfast and it was very good, but the kitchen manager by the name of Karm was extremely sweet and very helpful in helping us with our day. Extremely clean and updated rooms. My only suggestion would be to get better pillows. Very large TV in the room with my name on the TV as I arrived saying welcome Doyle. I would just say that the most important thing about a stay is how were the beds and how did you sleep. Be sure to get updated pillows in the room would be my suggestion. Other than that excellent.

The front desk employee went out of our way to get my mom an accessible room. We reserved one, but she couldn't use a bath tub, so she moved us to a wheel chair accessible. She was pleasant and very understanding!!!
