Not a great experience. This was my second time here and it was nothing like the first time. Checked in on a Friday at midnight…had to wait in the lobby for 40 minutes until someone came to the desk to help me. She was nowhere to be found. I knocked on employees only doors but no one was there. My room wasn’t cleaned until my 4th day! They said they forgot to put me on the list. They said to put my take out food out in the hall and they would at least come grab it…12 hours later it was still there! The GM is nice but doesn’t seem vested or concerned. We stayed 5 nights and received 25% off our last night. It’s a bummer. I come to Dixon frequently and there aren’t other suitable options…however I won’t be back to Tru

Well got In the shower and there was no soap. And didn’t bring any. No microwave. No coffee pot.

It was very clean and breakfast was good. The general manager was excellent as there was some miscommunication. He resolved the issue. I appreciated his demeanor , which was kind and I could see his goal was to give great customer service…. Much appreciated that!!
