The Lodge provided a truly pleasant place to relax and rest after hectic days at Legoland and the LEGO House. The location was excellent in relation to these attractions. We stayed around June 20th, which I believe was the beginning of the busy season, but the accommodation was still peaceful and even quiet.
A small downside was the lack of cooling air conditioning, but fortunately, the open window was enough to cool the room at this time of year. The breakfast was very diverse and well-organized, even though there were quite a few hotel guests.
Children were nicely considered overall, with a playroom and gaming areas. For my child who can swim, the 1.5-meter pool was a good fit, and there were some water toys available. There was also a small warmer wading pool for toddlers. I wouldn’t call pool area spa-level, but the swimming opportunity was a nice extra at the end of the day. The pool was mostly used by children, not so much by adults 😊
