We all know Iceland is more expensive than other areas; please consider this a hostel/low budget hotel quality. The location is good, close to areas that one will want to visit. Although the town is so small that people who are fitter/enjoy walking will find nearly everything is in close distance. The elevator is reliable for those who have mobility issues. For people who have a one night stay and/or are on an extended, budget trip with no kids or elderly folks, this can be a reasonable stop over option.
