I really enjoyed my stay. There were a few things I would have liked to been better ex: the master bedroom sheets weren’t properly cleaned. We had to wash the entire bed. The washing machine had a really bad odor to it which made it even more difficult to make the decision to wash the sheets and blanket. The master bedroom shower could have been cleaned a lot better than what it was other than that I was content with my stay there. I loved how the master bedroom had a little bonus treat with LED lights attached to the bed so that was fun to experience. I also love the fact that it had its own private pool, although it was too cold to get in the idea of having that there was an extra bonus. If I was to be doing business in the area again, I most likely would choose to stay again just I would hope those little minor issues I had would definitely be resolved by the next time we stay.

The host was terrible. Dirty linen on bed that smelled of urine. Dirty pool, dirty and wet towels. Nasty oven. Poor management. I made several requests to speak with host and never heard from host. Management company took all my complaints but only addressed one, which was the cleaning of pool on day 3 of my stay. Everything I had to do on my own. Complained to Expedia and still waiting for a response. The worst experience in the Orlando area. Please don’t book with this property. According to management company they only spray linen with febreze after each guest.
