Expensive overall. The executive breakfast was not to satisfaction, lacked of a lot of things but nice to have a calm time. The pool was like a bithdayparty for children, I thought they were not allowed after 7 pm. The upper pool was under construction until???

Rooms were too hot, even in April with the aircon on (aircon didn't work well so we had to open window to sleep, but then increased traffic noise). Breakfast was good, busy but could still find a table. Hotels.com indicated that we would receive a 20% off voucher at check-in, that didn't happen. Checkout was fine although not sure if hotel was training staff at the time - the person checking us out was doing so until another person at the desk cut across her and started the whole conversation again - there was no need!

Il y a mieux que le Tivoli à ce prix là…

Séjour convenable mais je pense qu’il est facile de trouver beaucoup mieux. Tivoli est un tres grand hôtel avec 12 étages dans chacune des 2 tours. Parfois un peu la queue aux ascenseurs pour aller dans la tour du petit déjeuner, ou dans la tour de notre chambre ou dans la tour de la salle de jeux ou à la piscine au sous sol. Nous avions une chambre dans la tour City face a la gare, très bruyante du aux nombreux trains qui passent jusqu’à 23h et tôt le matin… petit dormeur s’abstenir. Niveau ménage, il faut faire la demande pour un passage journalier des équipes de nettoyage, ce que nous avions fait, mais il semblerait que si vous ne rappelez pas le lendemain, ils ne passent pas. Nous avons appelé à 16h en pensant que cela aurait déjà dû être fait et la réception nous a accueilli froidement puisque l’équipe de ménage était déjà partie semble t il - bref c’etait de notre faute… Nous avions fait la demande pour un late Check out le dimanche puisque je courrai le marathon dans la matinée de 9h30 à 12h30, mais ils nous ont facturé 13euros par heure supplémentaire, soit disant l’hôtel était complet le dimanche soir et impossible pour eux de nous laisser accès à une chambre gratuitement. Ils nous ont par contre offert un service baggagerie et l’accès à la piscine l’après midi avant de prendre notre avion. Ce qui a été agréable pour récupérer. Dans l’ensemble c’est un hôtel correct mais notre expérience était plus que moyenne.
