This is an unmanned apartment hostel, not an aprtement hotel. Check in was horrible and complicated. Hotel had no signs so was difficult to find. Then requiring internet access on your phone and 4(!) different codes for different doors. These were not sent on hotels.com messages but in separate email that since it came from a company went straight to spam. Entrance in what in the evening is an unlit creepy courtyard, very easy for a robbery if they walk in the main door after you. Felt unsafe. Then new door and no elevator, had to haul suitcases up two long stairways. Then two more doors with different codes. Room spacious but noisy (you can hear everything from street and neighbours) and hostel standard. No security lock on door, added to unsafety. Check out 11, but no place to store luggage. Customer service suggested we downloaded a third party app that then directed us to a low price store a block down where we were to store suitcases in the staff hallway of the grocery store with no security regarding theft from luggage and with all of the employees of the store having full access. Horrible experience. Travelled with family. Should be a lot more information of this on hotels.com as we would never had booked would we have known. Might be ok for group of 20 something friends on interrail i.e if not concerned for safety.
