Nice little place and location for an impromptu overnight stay, but wouldn’t choose longer. Seriously uncomfortable bed, seemingly shared bathroom for ground floor room. Didn’t like having to go out into lobby/reception area to use toilet and or shower. Purpose served for a one night stay. No problem with staff or other guests and a convenient location with parking.

Beautiful hotel and a beautiful location. There is no elevator, so please keep this in mind if you're not in condition to carry your bags up potentially 3 flights of stairs. The location is excellent and conveniently located. We loved the walkability.

Easy check In and received text inquiring about time I would be arriving.very small room but bright and had everything required I slept well ..My only complaint was the tiny travel electric kettle had such a short lead on it It had to be unplugged every time to pour the water and it was right beside the curtains and it was a stretch to even plug it in…a kettle that you lift out would be a much more safe option

Nice place to stay for couples

We had a nice stay. It’s about 2 blocks to the beach. There is no lift and it’s 3 stories high! Rooms aren’t too big. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great!! Paul is a great cook! We did have a problem locating the place. We also got there late and Paul wasn’t too happy, but the next morning he was ok. Pictures on the web are accurate. Great place for young and young at heart couples to stay

There was no clear way to easily communicate with host. Thankfully he reached out to us when we didn’t arrive at check-out time. He was gracious, but we had no number to inform him that we would be late. I won’t be using Expedia/VRBO, or whatever it’s called again. The platform is not nearly as good as Airbnb.
