The room was large with a really nice en-suite with a bath and shower. The staff were friendly and helpful providing extras that we needed in our room. Really comfortable bed and a fan provided in the room too. Brilliant value for money .

10/10 Exceptional

Had a lovely 6 night stay with a lovely and varied breakfast. Visited the restaurant on a few evenings, very good selection and great service. No complaints. The only suggestion would be to perhaps consider having a small fridge in the room. Had a lovely stay, thank you.

On first arrival quite easy to miss car park entrance off the roundabout, large car park, lovely breakfast, good evening menu.

10/10 Exceptional

Good easy-to-find location, reasonably handy for city centre. Big comfortable room. Plenty of parking. Slightly over-priced continental breakfast (but aren't they always?) - but they bring you your tea / coffee rather than you having to do your own out of machines, which is always a big plus for me. Had a quick evening meal here one night - nothing special but OK, decent value and nicely delivered. Staff were always really helpful - occasionally slightly disorgansied/chaotic but no problem. Nice hotel, good experience. Thanks.

8/10 Very good

The food at the hotel was very good and excellent value. The bar was a bit dingy and old fashioned. The weather was hot but the hotel provided good fans. There was plenty of hot water and a very comfortable bed. Overall it was good value and we enjoyed our stay.

6/10 Good

Stayed 3 nights here. Managed to get the last Economy Double room as we booked at the last minute. Room was small but we expected that. Breakfast was very good. WiFi was very strong. The hotel overlooks a very busy roundabout (15 minute walk into the city centre) and it is not well insulated so it was very noisy. It is an old building that has not been well maintained ... and, most disappointingly, it needs a deep clean; floors (especially bathroom) carpets, windows). For the price we paid, we did not expect luxury but we did expect it to be clean.

This is a nice hotel, clean with good parking , and close to city center. They also have friendly staff and a good cooked brekfast and buffet service for continental which could have been improved with tomatoes and cucumber .

10/10 Exceptional

Very little to fault, one or two bits could do with a little TLC, but check in was seamless and Staff very helpful. Room was very hot when we arrived, but a fan was ready in our room. Breakfast was served hot and served fresh in good time, I was surprised by the number of Staff for a hotel of this size. Being able to park at the hotel and walk into Town was a great bonus. Will definitely return if in the area.

Plenty of off road parking and felt very secure! Breakfast choices were excellent and all the hot food was cooked to order! Ate in the restaurant (evening meal) and that was also fresh and really tasty! Room was a great size and would definitely return!
