Very clean, staff were excellent, bit disappointed that we weren’t in the hotel but 100 yards or so away, didn’t realise when booking, so had to walk there for breakfast, also a kettle and milk/sugar ect would be good, we bought our own.

We were in the annex of the annex which is a 150 metres from the main building. The instructions to find our room were tricky to Understand and I had to go back as we couldn’t find our room. There is nowhere to hang your clothes in the room. The bed was comfortable and the shower good. We didn’t have breakfast or dinner at the hotel.

We stayed in a deluxe room and it was very spacious. It was quite chilly and the unique room heater kept it very warm. It was very modern and very clean. There was a pink cow right outside our room. We didn't like that it was a 50+ yard walk from the front desk to our room and we didn't like that we were about 100 yards from our daughter's room. The front desk, our room and our daughter's room were in 3 separate buildings even though we booked the rooms at the same time.

The room in the Annex property about 150 metres from the hotel was compact and clean. Ideal for a single person. WiFi was excellent. Unfortunately I chose to eat dinner in the restaurant but did not get past the Amuse-Bouche which, though tasty, contained at least one shard of glass which though reaching my mouth did not get past the throat. When I brought this to the attention of a member of staff who had difficulty understanding my pigeon French interspersed with some English. She removed the glass without the expected apology nor any explanation as to what she was going to do with the offending piece. My hunger evaporated at this point, finished my wine for which I paid, and left. Breakfast in the morning was much as expected with usual mix of cold items and good bread. Would gladly return for the room but would chose to eat elsewhere.

I did not like that there was no air conditioning, no safe, toilet had no sink, people at reception did not speak English very well, and in the restaurant no one understood English, the meal we had was prime rib , which I asked for it to be well done, came with blood running out of it, sent it back to cook more, it came back the same, three waiters there did not know what a vodka and tonic was! I thought given that we were in Juno beach , which is for Canadians that there would be more English, I understand we are in France, but for a Canadian centre it was all French ! I don’t know if the person at the front desk was the owner but he was not pleasant at all! Overall would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Très propre et bonne literie. Douche minuscule et petite salle de bain. Pas de parking sur l'hôtel principal mais stationnement alentour en fonction des disponibilités. Notre chambre au dessus du haut parleur de la terrasse donc impossible ouvrir la fenêtre sans douche musicale. Petit déjeuner cher pour la prestation. Emplacement proche du centre ville et de la plage, donc idéal pour une échappée de quelques jours.
