Very clean hotel in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the sea. The area is quiet and family-friendly, making it a great choice for a relaxing stay. The décor is a little dated, so if you're looking for a hotel with an Instagram-worthy aesthetic, this may not be the best fit. The Wi-Fi is only available near the reception area. If you're travelling by car, be aware that free on-street parking is very difficult to find. The alternative is the hotel's parking, which costs €18 per night.

Rental of this property in the winter season has some issues but overall, it met our needs. After a very long drive, we arrived at 4 am. We were unable to check in until later in the morning. Once we checked in at the hotel next door, getting into the apartment was a challenge. You need to access through a side gate, find the elevator in the dark, maneuver around obstacles in the dark before getting to the apartment. The front access / lobby is closed this time of year and all the furniture is covered up for the season and the doors and windows boarded up. The place looks abandoned. Once in our apartment, everything was comfortable with everything needed for a weeks stay. The only issue in the apartment was the lack of hot water. There was only enough to provide 2 inches of hot water in the tub. We had a great ocean view and there are nice walks along a fabulous beach. The hotel next door provides an excellent and reasonably priced breakfast buffet to get your day off to a good start. We used this location to travel around this region of Spain and Portugal. The driving access was poor for our purposes due to the location Access to the main highways was difficult due to the large number of traffic circles and the fact that this is more of a destination resort for the spring, summer, and fall seasons. I'm sure that this is an excellent place to stay as a destination resort in the busy season. All services in the area were closed for the winter.

O apartamento é efetivamente o que aparece nas fotos e desse ponto de vista não há nada a apontar. Mas, depois faltam diversos pequenos detalhes que fazem a diferença. Alguns exemplos: num apartamento de 3 quartos (nós eramos 5 pessoas) só existem 4 cadeiras na sala; o sofá é 2 lugares; num dos roupeiros não existia nenhum cabide nem prateleiras; os talheres estavam no chão de um armário ja sem prateleiras e com areia e restos do que parecia ser café; as mesas do terraço são de alturas diferentes o que dificulta juntá-las para criar uma mesa unica para toda a família, nao há Internet no apartamento e é necessário ir para a receção do hotel, etc. No final não é nada de muito relevante, repartimos os cabides de outros armários, trazimos uma cadeira de plastico do terraço, para a sala, lavámos os talheres, etc. Mas, ficamos com a sensação de falta de cuidado e de interesse em prestar um bom serviço. Diz ter estacionamento, mas quando chegamos disseram-nos que estava cheio é muito difícil encontrar lugar na rua. De positivo, ao estar inserido no hotel, beneficia do acesso aos alguns serviços do hotel e existe um espectáculo todas as noites que os mais pequenos adoram.
