The room and communal areas were spotless. We didnt use the spa or breakfast facilities so can't comment on those. Our only regret was that we didn't go for a room with a view and had a room at the back which faced the wall and was a bit dark. Also, would be great if the skybar was open a bit later and was a bit bigger as it did get crowded and the bar downstairs wasnt open. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel has a fantastic location for exploring Bilbao.

L'impression fort désagréable qu'on essaye de vous faire payer une seconde fois en arrivant ce que vous avez déjà réglé lors de la réservation. De très mauvaises odeurs dans la chambre qui remontent par l'évacuation de la douche. L'hôtel est moderne et bien situé, mais l'impression globale reste très mitigée. Dommage. Bien meilleure expérience dans les autres hôtels Axel.
