吃過最難吃的早餐

吃過最難吃的早餐！每天3個優格+3樣水果都出水不知道切多久了+放在旁邊很乾的麵包也沒烤機器+牛奶+咖啡+麥片。度假村配套設施根本沒有例如獨木舟什麼，只會說去哪搭船去哪搭巴士，裡面賣冰淇林商店5點就關門。忘了說更經典的店裏吃飯點一顆椰子9.5斐濟錢，很敢收！

My husband and I stayed at this resort because we had made longer reservations in one of the bigger villas with our family for the following month. We wanted to spend the weekend somewhere relaxing and decided to see the resort before their visit. For this time we stayed at the ocean spa bure. The room was a little dated but large. it was quiet and nice. We were quite happy to bring our family here until we encountered some mixups. We were told to change the room on our last day as someone had booked specifically the room we were in. Not sure why they didn’t put us in a different room in the first place as there were a few empty rooms during our three nights there. In our last morning at 10 am, we packed up our luggage and went to the reception where we had been told to leave our luggage until our new room was ready. Only then the receptionist told us to stay in the same room. Why didn’t you guys just call us or knock on our door to let us know? We were staying just a few hundred meters away from you and we stopped at the reception and asked (3 times!!) if we could stay in the same room. It was very frustrating especially when you come to a resort trying to get away from your busy life and relax. Overall this is a nice place to stay. But the lack of very basic communication was disappointing which reflects my rating.

The staff were lovely. The room was a little bit tired but very spacious and had an excellent vista to the ocean. The thing that was most annoying was being provided only two towels and one bathmat for a two bedroom villa and then having to pay a large deposit for a pool towel (in a private pool villa). Overall it was good but quite expensive considering the age and condition of the place

The room had large cockroaches, was not as pictured, had faulty dangerous electrical, the manager was difficult to get hold of and when we finally did he was not helpful. Hotels.com service was horrible, I kept getting disconnected from the chat then would have to explain the situation again and again. After finally getting agreement that there would be a full refund and that the hotel had agreed to this, we were told by another agent that they need to contact the hotel. I spent 2 days while on holiday trying to sort this and we had to reduce what we had placed to do because funds were tied up in this booking. Because of the poor hotel and the actions of Hotels.com this holiday has been a total let down for the entire family. I will not be recommending Hotels.com or first landing to anyone.

Amazing Place to Stay

We had an amazing time. Everything we needed was right at the resort. We enjoyed walking the beaches, the swimming pool was great. We enjoyed playing games out on the foot island. The service was superior.

Fiji fail

If you’re dreaming of a warm Fijian welcome, look elsewhere — this hotel offers the hospitality of a haunted house and the organizational skills of a damp paper bag. We arranged in advance for an airport pickup. They didn’t show. Not even fashionably late — just vanished. After several increasingly desperate calls, someone eventually rolled up, nonchalant and unapologetic. Upon arrival: no one at reception. It felt less like checking into a hotel and more like trespassing in an abandoned office building. The rooms? A tribute to incompletion. Beds half-made, pillows AWOL, and towels… stained. Not “oops” stains — cryptic, forensic-lab-level blotches. We considered using our shirts to dry off. Then came breakfast. A few limp slices of toast, coffee that tasted like it had lost the will to live, and a fruit selection you could fit in a shirt pocket. It was less of a meal, more of a dare. We were woken before 8 a.m. by chainsaws, presumably landscaping the massive power plant with oil tanks right next door — a relaxing industrial soundtrack to match the rest of the stay. Perfect for fans of mystery stains, foodless mornings, and the creeping sense that no one actually works here. Otherwise, spend your money somewhere that remembers it’s in the hospitality industry.

It was a very nice hotel. The food was good. It's a long way from most of the tours. The shower was weak and hard to get adjusted for temperature. I booked a taxi through the hotel on departure. Based on my cab from the airport it should have been $60- $70, i didn't ask up front, my mistake. I left in the cab, he got a call that there were 2 more guests going to the same place so we went back and picked them up. At the end of the trip i asked how much and he said $90, a little high but there were 3 of us now. I pulled out a $50 and he said no each. I ended up givihim $70 which is what i would have done if i were alone.

Great little resort to relax and kick back. Good food and really great service. Staff bent over backwards to make kids feel special. King bed was comfortable, and plunge pool just a dream. Would stay here again.

A very quiet resort, almost seemed deserted. No evening entertainment just a couple of guys singing and playing guitar in the dining room. Pool very shaded by trees, lots of plant’s everywhere.

Fantastic resort staff are so friendly nothing is too much trouble, food was so good at very reasonable prices, cocktails were made by expert bar staff would happily stay here again in a heart beat. Only criticism & it’s very small pool toilets could do with an upgrade but there are other toilets near by which are spotless.

Nice quiet place. Friendly staff. Location is the first place Fiji people arrived in the islands. Photos of Prince Charles and the president of Fiji visiting back in the day. Excellent value.

We loved the quaintness of the traditional Fijian resort. Everyone was friendly, accommodating and generous. The traditional Fijian warrior & Samoan fire shows were enjoyable. A very relaxing & enjoyable week.

This was hands down the best experience staying at First Landing. We had a private villa with a private pool which was AMAZING. The food is so good and quite a big menu, lots to pick from. The foot island is also really fun. But definitely a highlight of the stay was the staff, from the bar tenders to the waiters, cooks, masseuse and landscapers, everyone was so friendly and happy and made our trip so much better! Special shout-out to our new friends Tomasi and Matteo for making our stay so special!!

The placecis run down, doors falling apart , lot of insects and ants falling on bed. Not worth the money paid for these services.I am a regular traveller but wasn't expecting this bad. We were not given enough towels even on request. I think the Hotel should bring there standed up otherwise Hotels. com should pull out of them.
