Love the hotel room. My only issue was the person at the front desk yesterday assured me I would not have to pay the pet fee because I have two small ESA, and then today despite having the correct paperwork they made me pay for them.

The doors were locked at 8:00 p.m. (clue), and had to check in through a hole in a plexiglass window. It was awkward putting my hand through the hole accepting the conditions on an iPad. Little amenities but cheap- would stay again, but only for price.

Some of the staff were kind and then some were not. The bed sheets did not fit the mattress and when I asked for them to fix it they said they didn’t have any. The floors were so dirty it looked like they had not been cleaned in years. I used water and pine sol I had to CONVINCE the front office staff to give me after he tried to hide it and then tell me he didn’t have any, so that I could mop the floor myself since I had my two big dogs with me. I think that’s what bothered me the most. The nasty floor it was disguising

Not a bad place to stay at all. Kitchen area was great though. Full sized fridge/freezer, kitchen sink and a dining table. Minor complaints: Bathroom door is at your knees. Room for only one standing adult. Bathroom sink is poorly designed and water flows back onto the counters. And for some reason the microwave buttons were in a different language.

Here says Pool... Well, it does not look like the pool has been opened in years! They have updated rooms, but the beds are tiny! Car alarms go off, and police had to come for another issue. I would not recommend.

The pool is closed and will remain closed all summer. No mention of this online, its still listed as having a pool avaliable. The rooms are remodeled and nice, but the motel is what it is. Only one working washer, no change machine and the front desk ran out of quarters. There was obvious drug use going on and the police were called one night to handle a domestic situation. Even after cleaning, the floors are dirty. This is absolutely not a place suitable for children or families. Probably fine for out of town workers, etc.

Had to get staff to come in and clean the fridge because upon arrival we discovered rotting food in the fridges of on of our rooms. One of the towels had stains and there was sticky puddles on the floor next to the bed. The hallways smelled like weed but other than that the staff was very friendly and understanding.

the property is currently being remodeled, so there are many workers coming on and off the property at all times. there are signs inside your door that says “for your safety: deadbolt the door” which felt very concerning being it was two girls traveling alone. unfortunately the reviews for this accommodation seemed good however i would strongly disagree. we didn’t even end up staying the night and left due to how unsafe the place felt. 0/10 do not recommend to anyone looking for a safe place to stay in the huntsville area!
