Room was cold. And when the radiators were tried turned up , they were spinning on the valve doing nothing. The room. It smelled. Really bad. Not of former people of of chemical. Was woken up at 4 am (on a jet lag) because of a smoking sensor. And I don’t smoke. Breakfast. Close to finishing plate but not done. 1/4 toast and 1/4 mushrooms and trying to take my plate away. So much pressure to hurry up and get (TF) out. So uncomfortable. Trying to check out with a shower and change of clothes at 8:00 am (and ) service walks into room. Basically. Death by a 1000 cuts. It was just a repeated thing after thing. I will not be back again. Cold room. Cold shower. And. Constant in a persons face.

Really ok but front of property is tired and definitely needs cleaning but nothing a jet wash wouldn’t fix so no excuse there! Internally fine and staff were very friendly and helpful, would stay again!

Had a very pleasant stay here! I noticed reviews of the noise of the nearby motorway however we stayed in a room right next to the road on the ground floor and unless we had the window open, the road noise wasn’t an issue! Room was very clean along with the hotel as a whole! Breakfast was a highlight, the selection was limited but was exactly what was needed! Everyone is very friendly! I would happily stay here again should I need to spend time in this area again!

The hotel is nice. The reception staff really let the hotel down. They will littally walk past you whilst you are waiting to check in. I waited 20 mins to check in and i was the only person there. The food is fantastic the chickan fajitas are lovely

Had a long terrible drive, turned up at the hotel few hours before checking in time. The lady was so understanding and kind, she let me have the room to rest. Room was extremely comfortable and clean. Plenty of choice for breakfast.

Really disappointed. Not at all like the pictures. Bed was horrible to sleep in and room was very noisy. Breakfast was good, but with a bad nights sleep didn't make the stay any better.
