The room we got was smoked in... a lot. The fire alarm was covered with a rag so it wouldn't go off. I get super sick from 2nd hand smoke so we asked for a new room. The office guy was rude and didn't care. We had to leave and spend the night somewhere else without a refund.

Clean, basic motel. Don't use Hotels.com, though- just go straight to the hotel. Hotels.com doesn't protect its users in case of dispute (see my review of Econolodge East in Albuquerque)

Terrible experience. Terrible attitude. Reservation from Expedia booking didn’t reflect until 20 minutes after booking. The manager at front desk was no help and said he hates Expedia and had us book at the standard rate to get into a room. Then said he couldn’t refund us at all, then when he could he couldn’t refund us in cash. Owner out of town so I recommend they hire someone new. Other than that rooms were good for the night.

Upon check in I noticed there was no toilet paper in the room. I also noticed there was used washcloths in the shower area. I had to go the front desk to both items. The attendant was nice. The bed was ok, but the pillows were really flat. It was ok. Not sure I’d stay here again. You get what you pay for. No breakfast either.

Barely two hours after booking and paying for the room we got a call about a noise complaint because of my kids acting out which are 4 and 1.5 and one of them is deaf with hearing aids so I have to be louder and told if we had another we would be told to leave and it was 6pm . And had to find a babysitter and take my kids somewhere else so we didn’t get kicked out over kids being kids . Then from about 8pm until about 4am the people in the room next to us were screaming and fighting and what sounded like beating each other in the room and outside and nothing was ever said or done to them . We also found multiple empty medication packs by the dresser when we first went into the room . There were roaches . Only one of the three lamps had a lightbulb in it . Majority of the channels on the tv you can’t watch . There’s god knows what all over the walls and looks like black mold in the bathroom floor/wall , the room looked like it had been halfassed cleaned if that , there was only one tiny bathroom type trashcan for the whole room . The WiFi signal was so weak that my phone wouldn’t even stay connected to it . If I could give a 0 star review I would but I guess the one star can go to the only good part which is how fast and easy it was to book pay and get into the room . I assumed that since this had been taken over from econo lodge it would have had improvements but this was a complete waste of our money and we won’t come back again .
