Wonderful location. Basic room, but directly across from the beach. Ocean was clean NO sarcasm. Staff was very accommodating. Will definitely stay there when we return.

We didn’t look into the reviews of this hotel before we planned our very last minute trip. We wanted to be near the beach , which is where El Faro is located and is great , but we missed the fact that it is surrounded by LOUD music most of the night . Ample restaurants and shops all around which is also a plus for the location, but the thumping from the beachfront bar was uncalled for, there was never anyone there during the evening. We were a bit confused when the hotel employee asked us if we wanted ear plugs, but we weren’t prepared for the continuous noise. Both from the competing bars but also from the street traffic. The side by sides, motos and general people noise. The rooms are ok. The pictures show “cabin type” rooms which are adorable, but that also means, no insulation and lots of noise. Extremely Hot water is always a bonus Unfortunately the weather leading up to our stay caused the beach to be covered with sea grass and the water wasn’t the beautiful colour it should be, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Beds and pillows were comfortable. No bedside tables or plugs on one side of the bed. Glad I bring a power bar to plug into the bathroom and it reaches the bedside. If you are young and into staying up all night having fun, this is an option for you. If you are more mature and like to get some sleep, I would find something off the main drag.

Beautiful location. Was quiet at night on Sunday so that was amazing. The area is very noisy overall. The room was about a 2 star, no amenities, no TV, no blanket, no coffee or glasses or mugs. It had a bed and that was it. Great place if you want to party and be out about the town.

La habitacion es interesante, a mi me gusto, aunque hay mucho espacio entra la madera y se pueden colar bichitos y mosquitos. Nosotros estuvimos solo una noche, asi que solo vimos alguna que otra pequeña lagartija. El aire acondicionado no daba a basto por el dia, aunque lo poniamos a 16°... pero tampoco nos hemos quedado en la habitacion por el dia. Las vistas estan preciosas, pero por las noches hay mucha fiesta y la musica esta alta hasta la madrugada. Pero en recepcion te ofrecen tapones para los oidos. Bueno, por lo general, a mi me gusto la habitacion,pero no se si podria quedarme alli una semana entera.

Me encanto la piscina, era muy central a todo y la playa esta en frente el hotel. El dueño que nos atendió era muy amigable y nos ayudo bastante. Lo único que cambiaria era que hacia mucho ruido el bar en frente y una noche habían muchos jovenes haciendo mucho ruido en frente del hotel.

The hotel is nice, VERY well located in the heart of Holbox, but with that comes the noise, and gets VERY noisy!! The hotel has a bar in front of it and the party goes on until 4/5am. The room is exactly as you see in the pictures but the hotel is made of wood so you can hear EVERYTHING from the other rooms. Said that, the bed and staff is great and the view is awesome.

The hotel was just what we needed for a short stay—basic, clean, and with a beautiful oceanfront view. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. We were even able to book a few excursions directly through them, and pickup from the hotel was easy and convenient. On the downside, there’s a bar next door that stays open until 4 a.m. with very loud music, which made it difficult to sleep. We also didn’t have hot water for showering during our stay. We originally tried to book directly with the hotel staff, but they quoted us 1,200 pesos per night. Through Expedia, we were able to book the same room for 800 pesos, which made it a much better value. Overall, if you’re planning to stay out late or don’t mind a simple, conveniently located hotel, this is a solid choice. We’d recommend it for 1–2 nights max.

Un lugar mágico, con lo esencial y de ambiente playero. No recomendado si quieres dormir temprano pues hay dos bares con música alta hasta las 2 o 3 am. Excelente ubicación cerca de todo
