Do not go to this hotel, I repeat do not go to this hotel. There is a party that starts at 1 am and continues until sunrise EVERY NIGHT and you hear the music so loud to your room it is like being inside the club. It is quaranteed you will NOT sleep at night neither during the day since they did work at the hotel with loud noise at day time. None of the workers speak any english, impossible to communicate, had to use translator and they still didnt understand. Unblievable. Neither the hotel nor Hotels.com was willing to cancel our second night so we just had to book another hotel and lost our money on this one. Worst hotel experience ever. Do not go there.

We didn’t look into the reviews of this hotel before we planned our very last minute trip. We wanted to be near the beach , which is where El Faro is located and is great , but we missed the fact that it is surrounded by LOUD music most of the night . Ample restaurants and shops all around which is also a plus for the location, but the thumping from the beachfront bar was uncalled for, there was never anyone there during the evening. We were a bit confused when the hotel employee asked us if we wanted ear plugs, but we weren’t prepared for the continuous noise. Both from the competing bars but also from the street traffic. The side by sides, motos and general people noise. The rooms are ok. The pictures show “cabin type” rooms which are adorable, but that also means, no insulation and lots of noise. Extremely Hot water is always a bonus Unfortunately the weather leading up to our stay caused the beach to be covered with sea grass and the water wasn’t the beautiful colour it should be, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Beds and pillows were comfortable. No bedside tables or plugs on one side of the bed. Glad I bring a power bar to plug into the bathroom and it reaches the bedside. If you are young and into staying up all night having fun, this is an option for you. If you are more mature and like to get some sleep, I would find something off the main drag.

Le monsieur a la réception est tellement tellement bête et aucune classe . Il ne voulait pas nous preter des serviettes de plages et ne voulait pas nous donne des oreillers. Il parle seulement espagnol et il est tres impatient. Un gros 0000 son attitude

Beautiful view of the ocean and excellent location to restaurants. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Private outdoor balcony space. The music during the night until 2 am from the beach was loud as the hotel had noted. If loud music at night bothers you I would choose to stay in another location.

Everything about this hotel was great. The concierge was very helpful and efficient. The rooms were clean. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only major problem was the neighboring bar that began blasting loud dance music at 10:00-10:30 PM. It was tough to sleep there, sadly. We certainly slept well when we made it home.

En general el hotel es lindo (hermosa vista al mar), las habitaciones de buen tamaño, tienen A/C, Jonathan es quien nos recibió es super amable, mantiene el hotel siempre muy limpio. Sin embargo, está situado enseguida de un bar EXTREMADAMENTE ruidoso, el ruido no cesa hasta las 3-5 de la mañana por lo que resulta imposible dormir

This Hotelrooms are build by Wood and one Window with very very thin Glass You hear everything Outside I got the clear Feedback from the hotel as we Left two nights upfront that it is written in the Hotel discription that it is in the centrum and the noise is of course loud there So if you would Like to stay at a hotel where you cannot sleep because some bars around make music till 5 a.m. => this is it The people on the reception cannot speak english and the room is full of Sand everywhere and the water pressure is almost zero It was the worst hotel experience of my life

Beautiful location. Was quiet at night on Sunday so that was amazing. The area is very noisy overall. The room was about a 2 star, no amenities, no TV, no blanket, no coffee or glasses or mugs. It had a bed and that was it. Great place if you want to party and be out about the town.
